LOVED!

We had such a perfect week staying here! Property was exactly as described, but words can’t do justice for that view when you first enter the room and see the Gulf out those balcony doors. Super easy to communicate with the host as well. There is nothing we would change about this trip and look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay at Chambre. The ocean front views were wonderful. We were not aware the elevator was broken so I have improved my leg muscles in the two weeks were there. Some minor cleaning issues but overall a very relaxing stay. Marie (property manager) was very friendly and helpful.Pertu

9th Chambre Stay

Had another great vacation on Maderia Beach. Chambre is the perfect combination of quiet relaxation and still close to John’s Pass and treasure island when we are looking for fun. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The view is always fantastic.

Great place for a beach vacation

We had an awesome time staying here with family. The condo was perfect for us. The best part of the condo is that it is literally steps from the beach. It also has a huge balcony on which we spent a lot of time; relaxing, laughing, reading, people watching on the beach, and watching the gorgeous sunset. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owners were responsive and checked on us several times to make sure things were going well.

Perfect vacation

Overall wonderful stay, great location and nice quiet building. Our rental had a few minor repairs that it needed, but nothing that majorly impacted our visit. The staff was friendly. The property itself was very clean and tidy. The beach view was worth it!!

Excellent Unit and Condo

Everything was wonderful! Communication was quick and easy. The things provided in the room for our stay from linens to beach necessities was outstanding! It was a nice and quiet place where we even had the pool to ourselves most the time. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she loved every minute of it! She was swimming like a fish! Very close to great restaurants and shopping. We definitely would love to stay again sometime and highly recommend.

Great time!

We have a hard time finding condo's with 2 King Beds and this fit our needs perfectly. We had a great time. Wonderful location and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio.

Chambre 302

The place was great and just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and nice. Unfortunately, this area was hit hard by the hurricanes last year and still going through repair. We booked this place one month before our trip date due to a previous place cancelling because the pool was closed and elevator was down. We were told there was a chance the pool could be open and elevators should work so we booked! A little over a week before we were notified the repairs were not completed and neither pool or elevator would be available. Definitely a disappointment with this located on the 3rd floor for people who have trouble with stairs! All in all, the host was able to resolve the issue and we did love the stay and got some good exercise from it. Some hurricane damage like large exposed hole in cabinet by stove and some areas could be cleaned better in the condo.The views and easy beach access made up for it!

A fabulous condo located in a stunning location. Special mention to the team at iTrip who helped us book hire equipment for the kids with brilliant quality items such as high chairs and toddler beds all arranged via email and was there when we arrived. Certainly be looking to stay again.

Mad beach condo

Would stay again, typical rental condo, with great location. Can walk to John’s pass, and right on the beach. Property manager was good to deal with when we arrived and the toilet was clogged, they gave it prompt and professional attention.

The property location was perfect. I’ve frequented this area several times over the years and it’s always been a favorite. The views are lovely from the living room & master bedroom. My only negative is the 2nd bedroom mattress was not comfortable to my daughter and she choose to sleep on the massive couch instead. Thank you for sharing your place with us 😊

Great complex, small and well kept. Loved the jacuzzi and clean pool off to side so people in pool not right below yr balcony. Good a/c. Kitchen could be stocked more fully

Madeira Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us and had everything we needed. The large balcony was where we spent a lot of time. It was walking distance to St John’s Pass which was nice since we did not have a car. We had a little trouble with the washing machine but it was fixed the next day. Thanks for the great experience we will always remember!

Spring Break

This condo is beautiful! The beds are so comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating. Big comfy couch, different than pictures. We like the distance to Johns Pass. It’s far enough to be away from the busy part of the beach, but close enough for a comfortable walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! Easy check in/check out , parking a little tight, but doable. All issues that were brought to management were instantly responded to and an immediate fix offered . Would stay here again!!!

Great balcony with an amazing view!

Corresponding with the management (iTrip vacation rentals) was very easy and they responded promptly. We loved the balcony and the location of the condo. It was a short walk to John’s Pass. We took advantage of the free dvds and the streaming tv’s. The couch has seen better days. The condo was clean and we throughly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely use ITrip Vacation Rentals again.

Convenient location. We were delayed getting in the condo due to a communication issue w the housekeeper and the host. We got in after an hour . The host did offer us a free activity for the inconvenience . House was in good shape and the balcony was great

Pool rules were too strict

Property was good, location to the beach and John’s Pass were excellent. Pool was only open from 8 am to dark and food/beverage rules in pool area were very strict. And it was inconvenient to have to have a key to get on and off of beach and also to pool area. Probably will not stay here again due to pool rules.

Great place to stay!

Overall the Chambre was a great place. Lots to do in the area. John’s Pass close by. Restaurants nearby. Great balcony overlooking the ocean. Pool and spa were great! Beware that there is no beach service in front of the condo so we had to purchase items for our time at the beach but we made do and it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The condo itself was good. Couch needs to be replaced and the dryer only dries after 3 cycles. We really enjoyed our week at the Chambre!

Good but fell short

We stayed at 302 Chambre this past week and although I can say the location to the beach, the pool and the availability to walk to restaurants was refreshing, we were very disappointed in the LACK of cleanliness of the condo. 1. Clothes were left in the front bedroom night stand/dresser from the prior guests (of which we left them alone); 2. The vents and ceiling fans were extremely dirty; 3. The drapes on the slider windows were dirty; 4. The dust on the TV stand, one could write their name in; 5. There seemed to be hairs in both bathroom sinks as well. Now I'm sure that the owner may or may not be aware of these items, but for the money that was charged/spent, and the cleaning fee that was charged - - we were very disappointed.

Chambre #302

Condo was very disappointing. Guest bedroom king bed had a broken frame which in the second week of our stay was repaired. Both bathrooms lacked anti slip mats in the walk in shower and tub. Also do not have grab bars in tub and shower. Broken deck chairs on patio were eventually replaced with new ones but not of the same heights making the table unusable. Dryer was not in working condition but was eventually replaced with a new one. Smoke detector in living area not working. Dining table chairs most uncomfortable imaginable, corrected by adding chair pads. Condo needs a thorough deep cleaning including air vents and under beds. Bathroom vanity drain leak developed but was fairly promptly repaired. Overall, this condo did not come close to meeting expectations!

Incredible View Is All You Will Get With This Unit

The only good thing I can say about this Unit is that the beach view and location was great! The private balcony is huge as advertised. We loved Madeira Beach. However, this Unit was in poor condition and needs lots of attention. I was very disappointed at what I encountered during my stay - from the ant problem (in cabinets, on kitchen counters, in living room, on couches, etc.), to the broken toilet seat in bathroom, old and outdated kitchen and bathrooms in need of repair, leaking air conditioning vents, living room furniture stained and smelly (we covered them with blankets to sit on), some outlets not working, broken window blinds, cheap furniture and appliances, tacky decorations and so on. One bright spot was that when we called maintenance about the broken toilet seat and ant problem they responded very quickly to take care of those problems same day (although the ant problem still persisted, just not as many). I would not recommend this Unit unless the owners make some serious changes and updates. What a shame as the location is great.

Chambre 302

We absolutely love the Chambre condo complex and have visited multiple times. It's our Paradise!! This was the most expensive unit we have rented from there, so we had great expectations. The unit was clean and looked just as pictured. The closet was well equipped with what we needed for the beach! However, this unit needs some major TLC. The couch was broken in multiple places, the mattresses in both beds need to be replaced (they squeeked and rolled you to the middle), the kitchen is lacking in several things needed to be considered "fully" equipped. There was a massive hole inside the kitchen cabinets, underneath the dishwasher, and exposing the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Decor was hung crooked as you entered the condo. It needs some paint from scuffs! In addition, the outdoor hot tub wasnt working properly either. Also it would have been nice to know pool/hot tub hours were only until dusk. This may seem nit-picky but we paid much more for this unit than others in the past, so we expected it to be better..... It was not.
