All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Aldea Zama is an area full of style that makes Tulum quiet live, located 20 minutes from the beach by bike and 10 minutes by car.

We suggest you rent a bicycle, motorcycle or ATV; in the area there are many places where you can rent them or from your arrival you can rent a car if you prefer.

The rate you have paid includes 10kw of electricity per day, in case of exceeding that consumption, we charge $8mxn per extra KW.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.
