We aim to provide as much as possible for your overall comfort! Should you find anything not to your comforts, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Beautiful Place & Great Location

Hosts were wonderful and helpful, as needed. The place was very clean and had everything needed to feel comfortable during my stay. Location was perfect to Vineyard Haven and adjoining towns via bike or VTA. What a great stay!!

Peaceful Setting

Jim and Deb,s apartment provided a peaceful and relaxing long weekend. One mile to the VH Ferry and shops, we enjoyed the location in this sweet neighborhood. It truly is immaculately clean, very comfortable throughout and lovely personal touches. We hope to return soon!

Great Home Close to Vineyard Haven Center

We loved the house! The property was as described and even included beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and little touches like water bottles in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We could easily walk to town and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. We would highly recommend this home for a group of 4.

Perfect house and location

Jim and Deb have the perfect location to the town of Vineyard Haven. Less than a 1/2 mile walk to town (and the ferry) it was very convenient for us since we didn't bring a car. The house was immaculate (as the description states) with a yard to sit outside as well as an outside shower (which we love!) The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms for a family of four was a big plus! I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect getaway

Very quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The owners thought of everything and even let us use their chairs for a beach day. Outdoor shower was perfect to wash off sand and the living area was nice to relax and watch a movie after a busy day. Very nicely decorated using decor from the area.

Very welcoming!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is new, nicely decorated and well equipped. We met the owners who live on the first floor, and they could not have been nicer. It was just what we were looking for!

Everything You Need

This was my first time using Vrbo instead of a hotel. The house was just what the name says, immaculate. We are both ex-military and a stickler for cleanliness. We didn’t see any dirt or dust anywhere. They also provided everything you would need, from kitchen utensils, plastic storage bags, a cooler, a backpack, to an iron, washing detergent and chocolate for that late night sweet tooth. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also. I would stay again.

This is by far the cleanest and coziest place on MV! As soon as we arrived we were blown away of how great this place was! Our hosts made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Perfect Getaway

We had a great time here. The place had everything we needed, and more. We had great weather so we were in the place only at night really. This was super-convenient to the music festival, and to bike around VH and OB. We took day trips to Edgartown, Katama, and Aquinnah by bike and car as well. Sunset in Menemsha was perfect too. Thank you for the great time!

Best Hospitality Ever

Once we arrived we were greeted very warmly by Jill he’s was so nice. We arrived before check in and they allowed us to bring our bags in. The home was so nicely decorated and was so clean. We all said if and when we return this is our #1 house to stay at thanks again for a wonderful stay

Lovely and Immaculate

Beautiful, immaculate and lovely decor. We had a wonderful time for our first trip to the vinyard. Quiet neighborhood, and we really liked being able to walk to town to eat and do a little shopping.

Great find in Martha’s Vineyard

This property is great! Our hosts provided an immaculately clean and beautiful home. Any inquiries were responded to extremely quickly. The location is perfectly nestled close to Main Street in Vineyard Haven. We were very pleased with everything and had a great vacation.

Couples Cozy Condo

We have renting for 27 years but just needed a small place for a quick visit. The condo is very well equipped, clean, extra touches to make your visit welcoming and easy. It’s perfect for 2 couples and you can walk to VH.

A Classy, Clean and Cozy Condo

Perfect space and place for a week-long couples' retreat. Even with the four of us, never once did we feel cramped or at a loss for space to spread out in this clean and cozy condo. It's also a beautifully-appointed space with everything you need to relax and decompress. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable quaint 2nd floor unit

The listing stated there was a washer and dryer. It did not state it was not in the unit but had to be prearranged with additional fees. (Which was revealed in our check in instructions.) The unit was comfortable, clean and tidy. Only small sauté pans in unit, which was inconvenient when cooking meals for four people.

Amazing!

Property was great and everything in photos was accurate! Beautiful kitchen that was fully equipped and living room with larger television. There was a binder with information and recommendations for places to go. Nice seating on deck and outdoor shower was very helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of storage space for our belongings. Will definitely be back!
