You have discovered the nicest condominium available in the popular Ledges Complex at the Lake of the Ozarks. This is a RARE 3 Bedroom 2 Bath unit located on the tip of the point of the complex at the water's edge! This spectacular condo offers nearly 1900 square feet of space inside and a 100 foot wrap-around deck outside overlooking the Pool with an outstanding view of the Lake's main channel!

There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll through the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The entertainment system features a large flat panel HDTV and a Bose home theater sound system. Bring along your laptop and log onto the INTERNET at High-Speed!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Amazing!!

The Ozarks and The Ledges never disappoints and this condo definitely didn’t disappoint!! The spaciousnesses of this unit was incredible. The deck…even more incredible. I love that there are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 1 bedroom. Although we only had 1 child with us, I could see this being a great option if you are traveling with multiple kids!!!

Great condo

Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay, the balcony was huge, it’s located where you can see the main channel, there is a boat rental not too far away, and it doesn’t take very long to get to restaurants, shopping, go carts, or just about anything else! We enjoyed watching the boat poker run take off one morning too!

Ideal Spot

The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. We had 2 toddlers and 6 adults and found it was a perfect space for all of us. The deck provided lovely views, fun boat watching, and plenty of entertainment space for the young ones. The condo accommodations were also very nice. Our group is ready to book this condo again!

Friendcation

We went on our first friendcation and had an absolute BLAST!!! And the condo was so nice!!!! Also the view is absolutely beautiful!!! Only thing I would change is the bed in the master bedroom. It's VERY firm. We definitely plan on going on an extended weekend next year and booking this same condo!!! 🙂

Great family trip

We had a great 4 night stay at this condo. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Wrap around deck was enjoyed in the morning and the evening. Beds were comfortable. Jason was helpful and answered questions promptly. Enjoyed the beach area the most, but pool just under condo was also fun and great for people watching. We ate in condo for most meals and found kitchen well stocked with needed items. Great trip for our 3 generation family group.

Great stay!

Amazing panoramic deck , lots and lots of spiderwebs/spiders on deck/tiki bar but it didn’t spoil the view! Had a great getaway here with our family. Kitchen was very well stocked With any kitchenware you could need! Would love to book again!

Great location and condo for a medium group to stay. Perfect location with great views of the lake and sunsets. Condo needs some minor maintenance but overall was great for our group. Whirlpool tub didn’t work, couch had ripped cushions so was covered in a sheet and loose tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Not a show stopper for us but wanted people to know in case it was for them.

Great condo. Another bathroom would have been my only wish. The view and amenities were great.

The property manager was spot on. We’ve used him before and I am very impressed. He makes the process much easier. Great trip.

As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!
