Upon arrival at Treetop Village, follow the signage to your designated unit, where you’ll enjoy self-check-in via a secure keyless entry system. Parking is available directly at the unit or in nearby designated guest spots. If you need assistance finding your unit or accessing amenities, our on-site Guest Service Center is available during business hours, and our 24/7 guest service team is always just a text or call away. This two-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers a peaceful escape with two queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and panoramic views of the surrounding forest and beautiful walking paths.
At Branch Bungalow, you’ll wake up to birdsong, breeze-filled trees, and filtered lake views from nearly every window. Whether you’re relaxing with a book on the deck or enjoying dinner in the dining nook, nature is always within sight.

As a guest of the Village of Four Seasons, you’ll enjoy access to a variety of members-only amenities designed to make your stay both relaxing and adventurous. Spend your days lounging by one of several lakefront swimming pools (SEASONAL OUTDOOR POOLS OPEN MAY-SEPT), perfect for cooling off with a view. Enjoy access to resort-style docks that can be reserved for your boat or watercraft during your stay or rent a kayak or bike for a day of exploration on land or water. Walking trails wind through the area, offering beautiful routes for morning strolls or sunset walks. Pickleball courts, community swim dock, grill and lakefront firepits add to your stay. House Rules and Important Notes for Spruce Summit:

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age and identity for all bookings.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $25 daily pet fee and a signed pet agreement are required. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.
