Summary:
In downtown Leavenworth, this cozy home is just steps from the town center. Inside, enjoy a gourmet kitchen, comfy living spaces, and a lovely balcony. The Shared backyard offers a patio with a hot tub and BBQ grill. With AC and custom furniture, it's a comfortable retreat. Three bedrooms, it sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Come stay with us to take in the beautiful Bavarian themed village of Leavenworth! You won't be disappointed :)

The Space:
Large kitchen for any type of cooking desired. upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom two has
one queen bed. Bedroom three has two queen sized beds. A washer and dryer for your use located on the main floor.

There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, and hot tub for all of the Snowcreek units.

Other Things to Note:
For family or group lodging: We can accommodate up to 24 guests, so If you are looking to rent the entire Snowcreek Suites, please reach out and we will assist you!

The Birch Townhouse offers 2 included parking spots. One is right in front of the garage, and the other is in the garage. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details.

We are not pet friendly in the Birch Suite. If you have an existing reservation booked prior to Memorial Day 2025, then we honor the previous pet policy.

Just a quick note: After you book, we’ll need to verify your ID, get your agreement to our terms of service, and place a temporary credit card hold for incidentals—like hotels do. This helps us protect our space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Thanks for understanding! Preauthorization Hold Details: $250. No charges are made unless damage or policy violations occur.

It’s exactly where you want to stay in Leavenworth

Took the family for a couple of days in Leavenworth before they go back to school again. The unit we had was the Birch condo. It had a private garage and two stories for places to spread out a bit. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looks well set up.It’s close to the river and on the end of where the main strip is. Your kids can just go and enjoy without worrying. We didn’t use the hot tub, but I checked it out. It’s clean and serviced professionally. Hope it’s colder on our next trip. I’ll be in there for sure.If you’re wondering if it’s a good spot? The answer is Yes. Absolutely.We will stay here again the next time we head to Leavenworth.

The kitchen was well stocked other than pans need replacement and dishwasher is coming away from the cabinet. Check-in was good.

This property was absolutely perfect for our summer girls trip. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen. Excellent location. Ideal location!

This is an ideal location for visiting Leavenworth. No car needed - Just a short and easy walk to all the downtown Leavenworth shops and eateries. The place was very clean with hosts that were great.

The Perfect Leavenworth Vacation House!

The hosts of this property are completely approachable, and want your stay to be everything you want it to be. Believe me, it is perfect. The house is clean and beautiful. The view of the lights, on Leavenworth's Main Street, is magical. It is amazing to be just a few blocks to the city area. Great for walking with a stroller, or small children too. There is a nice hot tub, and fenced area. We were allowed to bring our pup along. Lots of non- busy streets to walk him. The fireplace was very cozy, adding to the charm of this awesome property. There are a washer and dryer on the main floor very handy. Big kitchen and dining area. Board games to play with your family and friends. The bedrooms are really big, with a beautiful deck off of one of them. The beds are super large and comfortable. There is a crib, in case you are traveling with babies. We went on a lovely horse drawn sleigh ride just a few minutes away. Don't forget the Alpine Roller Coaster. This location is right in the middle of all the great restaurants. Yet, quiet and peaceful at the same time. You are going to return home rested and renewed, having made wonderful memories. Thank you to our property manager, Taylor. You were great! We all loved it! Can't wait until next time!!!!

Close walk to all the sights

We stayed two nights and had a great time in this spotless rental close to all the shops and restaurants. Had a large crew of 9 family members, with kids ages spanning 2-18, and there was plenty to do with our whole group.

Perfect location for Leavenworth

This townhouse is a short walk to the main street in Leavenworth yet is also quiet. The location couldn’t be better. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice to have a garage. I will definitely try to reserve this for my next visit to Leavenworth!
