Overall unfortunately the extra amenities we paid for were not clean or useable. The hot tub has a lot of age and mildew stains. They did clean once when we reported it however once we turned the jets on, dirt and debris went thru the whole tub. The infrared sauna had spiders, insects, stink bugs living in it. The pool area smelled like mildew and had dirt, bugs and grime all on the floor and in the corners. The chemicals were also not correct in the pool as we all broke out sneezing and eye stinging within 5 min. They did have a pool man come out and verify chemicals and after that we were able to stay 10 min in water before the sneezing and eye stinging took over. Dust, debris, baby bottles under beds. The pictures feature big luxury couches and we had small hard couches. The seating area outside was damp, moldy cushions on chairs. We paid for a luxury experience and got a motel 8. We made the best of it BUT the cabin needs a serous deep clean and revamping. I did have to laugh as we received our checkout instructions and it said to follow closely as the housekeeper is very particular. Not particular enough to actually clean, just surface wipe down. The property has great potential but was a huge let down for us.
