ID & signed rental agreement required
$125 per stay pet fee (up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs). Dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after
NO SMOKING INDOORS, PARTIES OR EVENTS.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed minus a $250 credit card processing fee.

We want your stay at The Double Down Lodge to be effortless and relaxing — here are a few helpful details so you can plan with confidence:

🛏️ Loft Bedroom: Our 5th sleeping area is a spacious open-air loft with a King bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a luggage rack. It’s perfect for teens, couples, or anyone who enjoys a bit of mountain charm (note: this area does not have a door).

🔥 Firewood Not Provided: Feel free to enjoy the firepit, but please bring your own firewood.

🕓 Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM - On back-to-back booking days, we’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out so our cleaners can work their magic in this large cabin. If there's flexibility, we’ll let you know — we always try to accommodate when we can!

🚗 Mountain Access Note: The cabin sits on a gentle mountain road with a few narrow turns. While any vehicle can access it, we recommend 4WD or snow chains during winter months if snow or ice is in the forecast.

🎥 Security Cameras: For everyone’s safety, we have exterior security cameras monitoring entrances and the driveway only — no interior surveillance.
