Welcome to Misty Mountain Splash, the ultimate luxury Mountain retreat in the most exclusive subdivision in the Smokies—The Summit! This chalet is a brand new build that was recently completed and now ready for all our incoming guests. Our chalet is a 6BR/5.5 BA 6500 sq ft home that sleeps up to 20 people and provides everything you would desire in a mountain vacation, even your own INDOOR PRIVATE HEATED POOL! This chalet is designed for fun, relaxation, and everything in between. You will find our chalet is well appointed and extremely spacious for a comfortable mountain getaway.

We have four extremely large premium king suites, each with its own private bathroom. We also have 2 separate bunk rooms with queen over queen bunkbeds, that share a very large full bathroom, that all the children and adults are sure to enjoy. All bedrooms are very large and spacious— no tight sleeping quarters here! We have enormous decks and space for everyone to spread out. There are multiple seating areas and a large outdoor dining area….. don’t forget the FIRE PIT and HOT TUB!!! This chalet has many games to keep both the young and young at heart occupied for hours.

Upon entering the main level of the chalet, you will be greeted by a wide open floor plan with huge windows, massive beautiful kitchen with large dining area and large family room that boasts a beautiful double fireplace between the dining area and living area. The furnishings are high quality, comfortable and accommodating and the decor is beautiful. The large windows showcase the beauty of the smoky mountains. You can access the huge deck space from both the dining area and living area. Enjoy the views! You will also find a massive king suite with its own private bathroom here as well. A half bathroom and large laundry area finishes off the main level.

The lower level is massive and where most of the fun is located. There is a huge game area that includes a pool table, foosball, shuffle board, multiple arcade game console, boss toss, and skee ball!!! You will be able to access the massive covered decks from multiple areas. There are multiple seating areas, including a FIRE PIT and HOT TUB! Don’t forget about your beautiful INDOOR POOL—take in the beautiful mountain views while cooling off. There is also another master king suite with private bathroom and 2 bunk rooms with queen over queen bunkbeds and a large bathroom.

As you make your way up to the second level, there is a large THEATER area with 8 power recliners for all to enjoy! There are 2 spacious master king suites, both with private bathrooms on this level as well! There is also a large loft area with seating that overlooks the beautiful living area, fireplace, and most importantly, the beauty of the smoky mountains.

After a long day of hiking and activities, relax with a quick dip in the pool or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire. Or rather, enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub!! What a way to end the evening. Memories from your mountain retreat will remain for a lifetime and will be shared over and over again! Remember, there are covered massive decks for all to enjoy, so no worries about the weather. The bedrooms and living areas are very spacious, and if you need some alone time, you will have no shortage of places to choose from. All bedrooms and common areas will have large smart TVs available. We have free Wi-Fi of course for all those who need to stay connected. The chef of the family will enjoy top-of-the-line Thor appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen to make a gourmet meal. For those who love to grill, a propane grill is available! Misty Mountain Splash is a perfect place to gather and enjoy time together, whether you are indoors or outdoors, you’ll find something special for everyone! 1) 1) What household supplies are provided?
We provide what many refer to as a "starter pack" of supplies:
1 - Toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 - Paper towels
5 - Kitchen trash bags
1 - Travel sized dish soap
1 - Dish sponge
3 - Dishwasher pods
2 - Laundry soap pods
1 - Shampoo per shower
1 - Hair dryer per bathroom
1 - Box or tower fan

2) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen is fully stocked with typical supplies. This includes blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, keurig and regular coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, wine glasses, kitchen towels.

3) What baby items are supplied? High chair.

4) Grill? Propane and we DO supply propane!

5) Are pets/animals allowed? Under no circumstances do we allow pets/animals. The home is animal/ pet free. The homeowners and their children have severe allergies and animals will pose severe health risks.

6) Are hot tubs cleaned? Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay.

7) Is price negotiable? No. Prices are as stated and no fees are reduced or eliminated.

8) When is second payment due? 30 days prior to your stay.

9) What time is check in and check out?
Check in after 4pm
Check out prior to 10am

10) How do cancellations work? Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations due to weather are non-refundable. Cancellations before 60 days are non-refundable.

11) How are roads to chalet? The roads are paved and well maintained. If snow or ice is present, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. That is a rule of thumb for all mountain roads.

12) Are there any days that check in or check out is not permitted? Yes.
Thanksgiving and Christmas.

13) Do you provide travel insurance? If cancellation is of ANY concern, or shortened length of booking, illness/Covid, or any other unforeseen circumstance is a concern, we strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation protection from CSA. This does not go through us. We cannot operate outside our cancellation policy for any reason.

14) When will I get chalet address and access information? You can expect to receive the property address within 2 weeks of your stay or upon request after your final payment has been made. Wifi and door code will be sent in a separate message within 3 days of your arrival.

15) Propane — we provide one full tank for the fire pit and/or fire table, and grill if applicable. If more propane is needed, you may exchange the tank at multiple locations throughout Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

16) HOA rules: No trailers allowed. No street parking allowed. Quiet times after 10pm. No FIREWORKS.

17) We have flat parking for at least seven vehicles in the pull through driveway in front of the Chalet, and in front of the detached garage right next-door to our chalet.
