New luxury cabin completed in November 2022 in a gated community. Over 3000 square feet with a uniquely designed cave-like saltwater indoor pool. This house easily sleeps 12. High quality king beds in all bedrooms. Enjoy the queen over queen bunkbed with a pull-out couch in the loft. Tesla charger provided for guests to use.
Luxury cabin with high quality fit and finish! You won't be disappointed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill during your stay. Game room with multiple arcades. You won't want to miss movie night in the stereo surround movie theater. Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There are board games provided for family fun night! Relax in the hot tub with the serene quiet mountain air and mountain views or kick back around the gas outdoor fire pit. All bedrooms have their own full size bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on basement level for easy pool access! Perfect location with central access to attractions including Dollywood! Only minutes to all the Pigeon Forge attractions and the Smoky Mountains. Parking is not a problem! Flat surface for parking without slopes and easily can park 5 vehicles. Don't miss The Grotto in the Smokys Cabin!

We had a great stay. We particularly enjoyed the view and grilling out on the balcony. The pool was amazing, and the theater was fun for movies every night. Couldn’t imagine a nicer stay!

Great stay!

The cabin was great! Had everything we needed. The pool, game room and theater rooms were great. The cabin was super clean. The hostess was great! If we needed anything she was quick to respond.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time at The Grotto! There were 9 of us between two families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, arcade, everything. We also had two great sunsets on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Great VRBO rental!

The house was just as advertised. Seemed more like someone’s personal home than a VRBO rental. Saw several small bears also from the patio making it a great experience for our kids. Would definitely stay here again. Very private as well

Fall Getaway

The mountain views were spectacular. Being close to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain National Park made for convenient day trips for biking, hiking, and shopping. The "Grotto" pool room was so much fun and a unique experience. The game and theater room were also a fun part of the trip. The cabin was comfortable and well-prepared for visitors. Overall, it was an excellent vacation cabin, and I would definitely return.

Great time!

This trip was definitely one for the books. We had 8 people and it never felt like we were on top of one another. Lots of space and great amenities! Awesome and fast responses from Amy. Would definitely recommend.

Family trip

The most amazing cabin I have ever stayed in. The pictures do NOT do this place justice. The entire family was so impressed. Space to separate when you just need a moment and enough space to also all hang out together. We will be booking here again.

Above and beyond

There are no words to express how the owner went above and beyond to make sure our experience was once in a life time. On our first night, the other property we were staying at had to be evacuated due to a fire at the base of the mountain. The owner called the next day and offered us another property, which she did not have to do. The game room was a ton of fun and we had a very enjoyable trip. Place was great but knowing the owner will be there to help is priceless!

Incredible Cabin

This cabin is one of those where the pictures don’t really do it justice (which says a lot!). The pool was big enough to comfortably fit 7 grown men. The hot tub was wonderful. The game room was so much fun. The beds were all very comfortable. The location was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about this property!

Wow, just wow!!

This place was amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen (not food) to very comfortable beds to the Grotto pool, and everything in between. Communication with the host was quick and easy, this was all prior to checkin, it was so perfect we didn’t need any help after arrival. We had so much fun playing in the game room, theater room and pool was large enough for everyone to enjoy.

Great Place!

We can’t say enough good things about home. We decided not to go to the beach this year, and this ended up being one of our favorite vacations. The house was the perfect size, great amenities and the view was spectacular. The location was convenient and we were able to get to all of the tourist attractions with ease. Our host was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Family Respite

There were 10 of us that stayed here. One of our family members is battling cancer so this was a great family retreat! Kids especially loved the game room, grotto, and hot tub! The views were incredible!!
