Huge cabin with lots of space for our party of seven. We all had our own floor basically and it had incredible amenities like a theater room, which was great for one of the rainy days we had during the fall foliage of 2025. We love the hot tub and the pool was nice to have as well. The fireplace is really great and the owners keep a nice stack of firewood in front of the property. It was easy to get to as locals we know sometimes the roads can be scary for those not familiar and these roads were pretty simple and easy to get up. Really pretty close to pigeon Forge as well. What I personally really liked as this is not in one of those stacked cabin places where they’re all lined up next to each other in a gravel parking lot. This is a secluded wonderland with huge paces, incredible decor, and wood carvings all over the place, and the master suite was super nice. Thanks to the property managers for their prompt response to a small problem we have but there was someone there to fix it within 30 minutes, which was impressive. They communicated very well and overall this is a five star property.

Hello Dolly!

We really enjoyed visiting the Pigeon Forge area and this home was the highlight. There is so much to do in the area but a few days our group (there were 9 total) didn't even want to leave the house. What we liked the most was how we could be spread out and not feel crowded. Plus there are so many different events that could all happen at the same time...swimming, soaking in the hot tub, playing pool and video games, watching a movie, or just sitting on the deck and enjoying the outdoors (especially Buc-ee the Bear who visited us at least once a day :) It is very quiet and secluded, but within a few minutes you can be at the main drag with lots of the listed attractions, groceries, and of course Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The hosts did a great job thinking of everything to make you feel comfortable and were very accessible (Thanks, Teresa!)

We had a lovely stay at a Touch of Heaven Lodge. We were a group of 15 with ages ranging from 2 to 70 (plus our small dogs). We each had our individual spaces and never felt like we were in each others way. We appreciated the large kitchen space, with plenty of eating areas between the kitchen table, dining table and outdoor tables. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, arcade/pool table area, theater room - and of course the daily bear sights! Beds were comfortable, sights were amazing, kitchen was fully stocked - the only complaint would be that we could not figure out how to use the sauna, which was probably on us. The instructions were provided, and we were forewarned that it's a common issue for people to not figure out how to use it. We should have tried to use sooner and reached out right away to the owners - it wasn't a big deal to us so we didn't bother reaching out for assistance. We took great family pictures and will have memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

It was beautiful, and accommodating for 9 people, we had a blast. My only things that were a little crazy , you could not lock the doors on the master bed room and you can’t see the fireplace it was so beautiful to see. We loved our stay.

This house is AMAZING! The sheer size was stunning but the woodwork and small details around the house are gorgeous. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient. The shower in the master has three shower heads! We never ran out of hot water. Each floor or room had their own temperature control. Everything was clean. Decent towels, great sheets. Kitchen had everything you would need. So many things to do in the house itself - arcade, indoor pool, hot tub, movie room, massage chair, pool table, etc. There was enough to do in the house itself that we didn’t have to leave. Beautiful views. Balconies on every level. Very quiet. Nice, little area out front for the dog. I would be hard pressed to find something to criticize but if I had to
 The toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap were cheap quality. I thought it was strange in a place so luxurious but it wasn’t make or break for us. We would absolutely stay here or in one of their other properties again and definitely recommend.

Amazing Family Cabin

This cabin was top notch with cleanliness and a fully stocked kitchen of all cooking needs imaginable. It included 4 separate floors which was perfect for my family to each have their own areas. The host Teresa was absolutely on top of anything I needed also. The hot tub and pool were also an added bonus to the vacation. Would highly recommend this cabin as it is 10 minutes away from Pigeon Forge but tucked away in the mountains for privacy. There is also a security gate and guard shack for added safety. I had an amazing time there.

Amazing house!!!

This is one of my favorite rental homes ever!!! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the details in the house are beautiful! There was so much to do and so much room to spread out that we didn’t even want to leave the property! But since we did, it was great having attractions, grocery stores, shopping, etc only 15 mins away. It was only about 30 mins to Gatlinburg and the National Park. The airport is about 45 mins away. The master bedroom was the best one I’ve stayed in! We were so sad to leave and hope to make it back next year. Highly highly recommend this house!!!

Large Family Getaway

We had an amazing time and LOVED the cabin! The bear sightings were a huge perk! We were so thankful for the well stocked kitchen items (pots pans, seasonings, coffee/filters/creamer/K cups), fluffy towels for bathroom and pool, laundry baskets for each room, detailed decor, fun amenities (arcade, pool table, theater and pool) for the kids and gorgeous view :)

Amazing Experience

The views are impressive. The house is amazing. We stayed with 5 mother/son pairs for a teenage birthday weekend celebration. The boys absolutely loved the pool, the theatre, the hot tub, the pool table and game room, etc. We found the basketball court near the subdivision office, and they enjoyed that too. The moms enjoyed relaxing on the main and upper decks, and most of the time we couldn't even hear the teenagers. The boys shared the lowest level, the Bear Cave, and they enjoyed the privacy away from their moms, while the moms each enjoyed the other bedrooms. Having so many restrooms was also a plus. The house was also extremely convenient to the Pigeon Forge area, while also being removed enough that we weren't in the chaos. There is only one neighbor nearby, and they are far enough away that we didn't have to worry about the loud teenage boys disturbing anyone. This group of kids & their siblings, who saw the pictures, are already asking when we can return. I highly recommend booking this property.

Awesome!

We had a lovely time visiting this cabin. My kids loved all the activities, especially the theater room. My twin toddlers were kept where they needed to be with the built in gates at the top of each level, including the wrap around porch. Teresa was a great host and very quick and thorough the two times I contacted her for help. I would stay here again. This is the most enjoyable Vrbo we have rented.

Wonderful time at Touch of Heaven

We had a great time! This was a family retreat consisting of my 3 sons and their families. We all had our separate floors, which was great. Communication with Teresa was wonderful. She answered every question within minutes by text. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool as us adults soaked in the hot tub! The entire neighborhood lost power, but the generator kicked right in and ran the essentials until power was restored. Very thoughtful to have the generator at the lodge. We built a fire on the main level with the wood provided at the lodge and played games around the table until it was time for bed! We are The Ridenhour family-we have purchased four vacation rental properties over the past 9 years. We chose each house as a place where our family can make memories for generations to come! Each of our homes is unique in character and offers amazing views. We love homes with that " They just don't make them like this anymore" vibe. We live in Central Texas and have two daughters and three dogs! We love spending time as a family and appreciate all this beautiful country offers. Our family motto is "Take the road less traveled for that is where the treasure is found".

We truly pride ourselves on creating an environment where families can create memories they will never forget. From the vast, open, beautiful Hill Country in Texas to our home away from home in The Smoky Mountains, we cherish the resources that have been entrusted to us. Guest experience is extremely important and we strive for excellence every time we host a guest. We hold dear the experiences, engagements, and anniversaries that many people have shared with us over the past 9 years.

This property truly is the Jewel of The Smoky Mountains. The home is filled with hand-carved wood throughout that reflects the care and love someone had when they built this property. It's one of the many reasons we fell in love with this home. No detail was rushed! Nestled in the Smoky Mountains the views will keep you in awe throughout your trip! You will think you just saw the most beautiful sunset you have ever seen, only to rival it the next day. On a private 2-acre lot you will feel Secluded yet you are a short scenic drive to the main attractions and the entrance to The Smoky Mountain National Park. Each day is an adventure as you are visited by the many animals that inhabit this land. From the curious raccoon to the stoic bear you will on occasion see it's like being in an episode of a nature show. Last but not least many days while relaxing in "Papa's Chair" on the deck you will see the blankets of a smoky haze that gives the region an almost magical quality. The Cherokee considered the mountains to be a sacred place and referred to the area as “Shaconage” (Sha-Kon-O-Hey) which means land of the Blue Smoke

Enjoy the day splashing around in the indoor swimming pool, soaking in the large hot tub, or take a turn in the massage chair that is sure to relax even the weariest traveler. Challenge friends or family in a game of pool, step back in time and play a classic arcade, or watch a movie as a family in the large movie room furnished with LED-lighted reclining leather chairs with a USB charging feature. Still ready for more fun head up to the Shagbark community center for basketball, pickle ball, or much more.
