Maison de 3 chambres dans un cadre champêtre et à distance de marche du charmant village de Bellport. Les meilleurs restaurants et le charme du vieux monde du village endormi de bellport. Boutiques pittoresques, spa et parc / marina. Il offre une variété de boutiques et de restaurants, ainsi que l'un des théâtres d'été les plus connus de la région. Bellport est l'une des rares municipalités avec son propre parcours de golf et complexe de tennis, une plage côté océan et une plage côté baie. Notre maison a une plage privée à la fin de notre bloc dans la communauté de Bellport Beach Estates. La maison est située sur un beau terrain de campagne boisé privé de 1 acre avec une très grande terrasse extérieure. La maison est très propre et charmante. Rénovation totale! Cette maison offre une retraite paradisiaque!

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé plus de deux semaines à Bellport dans la très jolie maison de Beth. La maison est très confortable, le quartier très calme. La situation est idéale pour les vacances : que ce soit pou retourner à NYC ou aller à la plage dans les Hamptons ou même profiter des jolies plages à proximité. Merci Beth pour votre hospitalité - votre maison est superbe.

Perfect house

Long Island hideaway

The property was beautiful. Multi level decking surrounded by forest like setting with gorgeous rhododendrons all over. Beach access for layed back days. House was a comphy cottage with all the comforts of home. Great location for trips out east to South Fork and North Fork visits. We loved it!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our little escape to Bellport, and Beth was so helpful with suggestions of local beaches and activities. Our children really appreciated the toys left in the house. While the home is becoming worn in some places, overall it is in good shape and very comfortable. We spent most of our time exploring the surrounding area rather than in the house. On our visit, the private beach was not in great shape but it was immediately after hurricane Ida. The immediate neighborhood is very quiet, and access to Bellport and Patchogue is quick and easy. I would definitely return to this property.

Great for a little getaway

We had a great time here. It’s nice and accessible to the town and it’s easy to get to fire island ferries. The outdoor space is great and so is the little private beach.

Perfect Getaway

A beautiful house in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It had everything we needed and then some. Beth couldn't have been more helpful with any needs or recommendations. We would happily rent this property again.

Amazing host. Thanks Beth!

Beth is wonderful. She is very easy to communicate with and always available. We went with our two dogs and 3 daughters. During our stay I asked Beth several questions regarding beaches, restaurants, places to go etc. She always responded promptly and gave us good advise. She even offered us her bikes. The house was comfortable and clean. We drove to Patchogue marina and took a ferry to Davis Park. Fire Island is very nice, but a little bit crowded. Unfortunately many people were drinking beer and even some drunk at the beach. We also went to Smith point beach. Quiet and a nice beech. If you walk away to the west you can go with the dogs. You can drive there. The best: Mountauk. It is a beautiful place. Wild and wonderful sunset.

Delightful house

The open layout of the house was great for our three generations of family. The owner was very kind to obtain a Pack and Play bed from our grandson. We were lucky that our daughter had a house in Bellport where she had resident access to the 15-minute ferry to Fire Island. Spectacular beach!

Cozy, quiet and relaxing weekend

We stayed at Beth’s cozy beach-themed house this Labor Day weekend. Beth was very easy to communicate with, and even let us check in early and check out late. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished, although it could use a bit of updating after a busy summer season. The walk to the community beach takes about 20 min. There is a small playground for little kids, picnic tables, a boat launch, and a dock where you could fish from, but the beach itself is probably suited only for skipping rocks and getting your feet wet We drove 13 min to Patchogue marina and took a ferry to Davis Park. Even though dogs are not officially allowed on the beach during summer, there were some dogs enjoying the waves, so our dog joined them and had a great time. We enjoyed South Ocean Grill where we could sit outside with our dog. Their burger was amazing. Drift 82 right by the marina also had good food. We also used Beth’s grill one evening. All in all a very nice weekend. Thanks, Beth!

Very nice house near beautiful beaches

The house lived up to prior reviews and photos. Great layout with a spacious deck. Very nicely decorated. Beth was easy to communicate with. Although we don’t drink, my brother appreciated the nice bottle of Prosecco that she left for us. We were only 3, but there was plenty of room for more (though a single bathroom could be an issue for a group of 6). Only letdown was the private beach a few blocks from house. Although I found it to be fine, my wife was not impressed. But that was not much of an issue, as Smith’s Point (which we went to twice, including once after 6 pm when it’s free) and other beautiful beaches are nearby. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. An excellent value.

Close to Fire Island!

House was very clean and decorated nicely and AC worked great. There are also nice beaches in the area that you can drive to!

Nice hosts, nice clean place .Recommend!!

Very nice hosts even though did not meet them. Ease of check in. Clean, attractive, great location! No complaints except needed a box of Kleenex but otherwise well furnished. I would recommend and stay there again!! Thank you!!

Great house for weekend getaway

We had a great time! The house has a lot of room and everything you can ask for, big porch with bbq, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The private beach is in walking distance, very clean and has a bathroom. Beth even provided towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Bellport shops/restaurants are 3min away, if anything's missing. Would totally recommend for a weekend away from the city!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Thank you, again, for letting us stay in your home. It was simply charming (and decorated immaculately). We had the best time. My friends and I enjoyed the private beach, and all the neighborhood towns were so quaint. Beth was very communicative and gave us excellent food recommendations. Super cute house close to great attractions

We loved our stay at Beth's property. It was a perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC. The beach is located at the end of the block and the town is just down the street! The restaurants are great and if you want to escape to the hamptons it's just a short drive away! We loved how dog friendly everything was in town 🐕 and would recommend Beth's house!

Wonderful stay in Bellport - great host!

My husband, 18-month-old son and I had a wonderful stay at Beth's lovely home. The house is newly renovated, very clean and well appointed. We spent most of our evenings grilling on the back deck. Smith Point Beach on Fire Island is a nice beach and an easy drive from the house. Beth was very responsive and so accommodating -- she even brought over some toys and books for my son, which was very much appreciated! This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful area, great house and very accommodating host

I was visiting the Bellport area for a family wedding and this house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Very comfortable, all the amenities you would need, and even close to a local beach. Thanks to our host, Beth, for being so accommodating with timing and letting us bring our dog with us. Would definitely come back!

LOVELY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE BEACH AND EASY ACCESS TO FIRE ISLAND

My boyfriend and I stayed at this charming Bellport beach house with our dog for 5 nights and had some other couples come join us in that time. We enjoyed everything about the house. It is newly renovated, well equipped, clean, and super comfortable! We enjoyed many evenings in the backyard on the deck grilling and hanging out- the trees are beautiful in this area. In the mornings we took advantage of the private beach a short walk from the house. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Watch Hill and Davis Park ferry where we spent most of every day- really great beaches. To our delight, Davis Park is dog friendly so our pup rode the ferry and joined in the fun too! The locally recommended restaurants were great, and we didn't want to ever leave. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place To Stay

We had a wonderful Memorial Weekend staying at this house. The house was charming, very clean and it has been recently renovated. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The lovely deck surrounded by trees is where we spent most of our time. We could not enjoy the beach because there was some construction/cleaning going on. Owners are very communicative and friendly people. Great place to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a rental in the Bellport area.
