Get ready for good times and Salty Vibes at this newly-updated oceanside home, where you will spend your days lounging by your own private pool, or on the sandy beaches of Corolla, just a short walk away.
The top level offers an open great room with sleek furnishings and stainless-steel appliances in the updated kitchen. Enjoy warm summer evenings and ocean breezes on the sun deck, dining al fresco or sipping on a cold drink after a long day in the sun! The sunroom is a great spot to enjoy some peace and quiet with a good book on the comfortable daybed. The king bedroom boasts a private deck, perfect for stargazing. The luxury bathroom on this level provides a spacious shower with seating, 4 shower heads, and custom tile.
On the mid level, king and queen bedrooms both offer TVs and shared covered deck access. The final bedroom boasts 2 bunk beds and a TV, ideal for the little ones in the family. An updated, shared full bath rounds out this level.
The large pool area offers comfortable lounge seating, ideal for relaxing while taking in the sunshine. Grill up lunch or dinner poolside before soaking in the hot tub while planning tomorrowâs activities, followed by a refreshing rinse in the convenient outdoor shower.
During evenings in, enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, and Disney+. Additional streaming apps are also available for guest use (you must provide your own login information for additional apps).
Located in the popular, centrally located community of Ocean Sands, Salty Vibes is less than a mile from multiple shopping and dining options at Timbuck II Shopping Village and Monterey Plaza.
