**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check-in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and the sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.



Ocean Sands is a pleasant community in Corolla. With calm roads for walking or biking, beach access, a fishing lake, and an ideal location for grocery shopping or local activities, Ocean Sands is perfect for a quiet OBX getaway.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: Unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
