We were very disappointed with this stay. The host never gave check in information until I emailed the day of and was told there was a mistake in my reservation. She said the unit we rented and had already paid for wasnt available but we could have the top floor that was avaliable or she would just cancel the reservation. We obviously had plans which was why we rented it in the first place. With no where else to go and no time to find something else we took it. I picked a ground floor pet friendly place so we could easily take our dog out without having to go up and down stairs. This clearly wasnt that. The unit was clean but not at all what we rented. We were given 3 under half rolls of crappy toilet paper and had to buy some. For our inconvenience we were offered an early check-in which I said wasnt possible for us. Never offered anything else to make up for any of it. I was told it was the same address and it was not. I was also told we had room to park two vehicles in the driveway and the people in the lower unit occupied the driveway the whole time so we had to find parking on the street.
