Great stay

The property had numerous broken things (shower curtains, towel bats etc) and basic necessities were not provided. 1 out of 5 stars, do not recommend

Nice Clean House

Nice clean house in an older Round Rock neighborhood. Private pool for kids to swim and plenty of space for the family. Beds were comfortable and house was clean upon arrival. A few very minor issues that were resolved via text message with Vacasa customer service. Very prompt.

Great home!

Had minor issues, but otherwise a great home. It had everything we needed like towels, kitchen utensils even seasonings. I liked the home security system. We triggered the alarm when we opened the front door, oops. But guest services was very helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because i didn’t like that the master bathroom didn’t have a blind on the window, only had a sheer curtain. And with teenagers showering in there,I just didn’t like that. Other than that, it was clean and close to Kalahari where we were going.

Austin/Round Rock stay

We were looking for a home with pool to rent for a few days to gather some of the family over the 4th of July. This property is a nice clean older home that has been tastefully decorated. Four bedroom with three baths fit our need. Reasonable furnishing and appliances in the kitchen. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. WiFi, TVs, sound system were great. A/C was good but did struggle to keep up. Nice pool with lots of chairs and benches. The pool is a lap pool, shallower in each end and deeper in the center. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The property is generally nice but needs some maintenance. Typical items like living room carpets stained, shelf in bath loose, an electrical plug not working, towel rack missing, broken screw head on bedroom floor boards, broken deck cover on electrical box back door and ice maker not working.

Needs improvement

Home needs improvement on its appliances and guest bathroom. we experienced walking into a home with a lot of flies, dead bugs, and several roaches. We notified Vacasa and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. Guest bathroom is likely the original bathroom so therefore all the knobs are old. It was very difficult to turn on the shower and the guest restroom. The newly added bedroom had an area of white carpet due to a leaking washing machine. The pool was clean and usable, but we had to clean it ourselves prior to getting into the pool. It would have been helpful to have a proper working net without holes so that we could get the bugs and leaves out of the pool. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would not rent this home again. Customer service team was amazing at responding to all of our issues.
