Leisurely Leander Home Perfect For Large Families!

Come stay with us in our home which is nestled in a private cul-de-sac location within the Horizon Park community! Our updated kitchen is the centerpiece of this home which stays open to the living area. Creating the perfect hangout location. There is a 50-inch smart television in our spacious living room which is perfect for movie night. Our home has four bedrooms one of which is the perfect kids room equipped with a bunk bed.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

Our home is located in a family centric area, as a result we have a strict NO illegal drugs policy including marijuana allowed in or around our property. Violators of this policy will be required to leave our property immediately resulting in the immediate cancellation of their reservation with NO refund.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
