The space
The property is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a well-designed layout. The primary living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a half bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor, providing easy access and convenience. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Primary has a king bed and 55" smart Samsung TV, walk in shower and jacuzzi jet bath tub, 3 rooms upstairs have a queen bed and one has a mounted 55" smart Roku TV, so everyone can get an enjoyable as well as comfortable night's sleep.

It was a lovely house In a quiet nice neighborhood. The backyard scenery was amazing . We all loved it and took photos. I couldn’t ask for nothing better.

Property is beautiful, clean and was so comfortable. Our host worked with us and was so flexible. After dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, he arranged for us to come earlier than planned so that we could escape the heat and lack of power. Thank you so much!!!

Last minute reservation

Quiet neighborhood. Pool and yard NEED maintenance. Interior of home NEEDS DEEP CLEANING (walls, base boards through out and especially master bath shower) game room was a plus for a fun evening. Host had great communication! we were just disappointed the pool and yard were not in better condition. I rate this a 3 out of 5 stars - it could easily have been a five with a little detail cleaning and regular home maintenace.

Perfect get away

The house was inviting, very clean, equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The fact that our dogs were just as welcomed as we were without any questions was such a great feeling. I also must point out that upon arrival the property manager provided an exceptional level of service. Our boys were thrilled to see how refreshing the pool was after a long hot day playing baseball. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking into it. As for my family we will be back in the near future.

Cute cozy

This was a perfect rental for the weekend . The kids played the hockey table probably the most . The pool was also a great add . It was a little chilly but we still enjoyed it . There is a park within walking distance . Everything you need isn’t far away . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet .Host was easy to get in contact with if I needed anything .

Great neighborhood

The house was in a great area. Nice quiet neighborhood. House & pool were both dirty contacted the host in which he came to clean the pool and turn the filters on. After staying we begun to notice the stairs were unstable. On the last day I actually tripped on the framing that was loose on the stairs, bent my ankle all the way back & sprained my ankle. It was a bit unsafe and not clean at all. Confirmed why the rental price was so reasonable.

Unhealthy pool

We planned a great weekend in Austin .. and everything was ruined.. I don't understand how vrbo allows to put on list houses with a broken pool..We couldn't swing in the pool, in general was unhealthy, cloudy water with greenish color, tile falling apart, some areas missing tiles, lack of maintenance, lack of mowing the yard,back and front yard, they went to mow but they left the leaves and grass, the kitchen sink clogged, the grinder no works, the bedrooms ok..we found a broke glass in thr kitchen

This review is very inaccurate, the house was prestine cleaned my professionals as it is every time and the pool was slightly dirty because the cleaner hadn’t came to do maintenance in a few days. As soon as she mentioned the pool being dirty we happily sent someone over to have it cleaned shouldn’t have been an issue. Lawn was also at an appropriate height. This guest was extremely picky and should have booked a more luxurious place for more money for what their expectations were.

Less Than Mediocre

The pictures on VRBO are not accurate. Yes, the furnishings were exact but the pool.... the exact reason we went with this rental was in terrible shape. The yard was completely grown up in front and in back, there were chlorine tablets just thrown into the deep end, and the vinyl liner was kept in place in several spots by duct tape. My son found an earring in his bed the first night which leads to a whole other cleaning issue. Just very disappointed in the overall property and its upkeep. We had driven 7 hours to get to spend 1 day together as a family and it was all overshadowed by how bad they felt for me for paying for it but what choice did we have?

Okay Stay

I will say the inside of the home was nice but some things were not as clean as we liked. 1. No picture of the front of the home to know you are at the correct location 2. In the description there is nothing that says all bedrooms were upstairs 3. The family room ceiling fan needs to be cleaned 4. Pool needs the foam repaired 5. Back yard needs to be manicured I know I listed these thing but we did enjoy the stay and stayed in the pool but these are things that the pictures do not show.

Dirty

Property was very dirty in every room. Sheets and towels were not clean they had hair and stains. Washing machine was broken so we could not even wash dirty sheets & towels. The swimming pool was filthy with dirt and glow sticks stuck to the bottom. Pool had green stuff stuck and growing to the sides and the bottom. Floors had not been swept or mopped in god knows how long. The showers had disgusting walls with build up all over them. We called and gave the host plenty of opportunity to correct the issues. Host said they would send their pool guy to clean the pool and the host said he or she would come look at the filth of this property while we were site seeing. We got back to the property and all that was done to the pool is they turned it on. We ended up scrubbing and cleaning the pool and had to add our own chemicals in order for the pool to even be accessible. We have never had such a horrible disgusting experience.

Host Cancelled my stay

If I could give zero stars I would. The host cancelled our trip the night before we were due to arrive and told me that another tenant decided to book another 3 days and that my one day wasn’t worth it. Horrible and very unprofessional. We had bags packed and ready to go and were left scrambling last minute to find another property. Vrbo only offered to find us another property and make me spend more money because the money from this property wouldn’t transfer over. It was a very long back and forth situation. I would never use Vrbo again because I’m so scared of this happening. What if I was flying from out of town? The host should be held accountable for cancelling last minute just like the guest are held accountable for canceling. Never again!
