ADDITIONAL GUESTS: This home is set up to comfortably host a total of 18 guests at no additional charge. Any additional guests including children will be charged an additional $10 fee per night (including children 1 years of age and older). All additional guests need to be approved before visiting the property. This additional fee helps to cover the costs of additional cleaning & additional linens as well as additional wear and tear on the home.

Car is the best way to get around

Please shower before using the hot tubs. Do not use detergent on the bathing suits that will be worn in the hot tubs.

Smoking / Drug Use:
ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or drug use anywhere on the premises. Guests may be subject to a $1000 cleaning fee if the home smells of smoke upon their departure.

Extra Guests:
Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included on your reservation) will be charged $50 per night per person.

Late check-out policy:
Late check out past 30 minutes without prior notice will be a one-nightly rate fine as it does affect our cleaning team's schedule, preparing for our next guests. This DOES NOT mean guests are allowed to extend their check due to this fine being enforced

No lifeguard on duty:
Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tubs. Swim / Soak at your own risk.

Children's Safety:
Children must be watched at all times when near the hot tubs. It's crucial to ensure their safety due to the lack of lifeguard supervision.

Hot Tub Age Restriction:
No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the hot tubs without adult supervision. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure safety.

Hot Tub Safety:
The hot tubs are a key feature of our property. Children and pets must be supervised at all times by an adult when near the hot tub. No glassware is allowed in the hot tubs to ensure safety.

Hot Tub Hours:
To respect the neighborhood, pool access is limited to between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening.

Pet Access:
Pets are not allowed in the pool and should be kept off the pool cover for their safety. Ensure pets do not disturb the pool equipment or landscaping.

Pet Policy:
Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs with an additional fee of $100/pet Pet fee and $200/pet Refundable Deposit. WE NO LONGER ALLOW CATS. Please ensure your pets are supervised at all times and adhere to local leash laws.

Clean-Up:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside the house and in the yard. A designated area for pet waste disposal will be provided.

Damage Responsibility:
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets or due to negligence around the pool area.

Damage Responsibility:
Guests will be charged based on the mess that they may leave within the property. Leaving a big mess or very unclean and unsanitary will require paying for an additional cleaning fee.

Liability Waiver: By bringing a pet(s) or using the hot tub, guests agree to assume all liability for any incidents related to pet behavior or hot tub use.
