The Space
Set atop a sky-high hillside in El Cajon, the showstopper at this property is the amazing outdoor entertainment area that is perfect for weddings or events. A paradise awaits on the private tiered grounds with a pool, spa, veranda, outdoor dining area and pet play area. Inside doesn’t disappoint, either, with an indoor bar, gym, and 2 game rooms that house skee-ball, arcades, billiards, ping pong, pop-a-shot basketball, and air hockey. Plus, every corner of the home has been expertly styled with curated furnishings and loaded with high-end amenities to provide guests with a getaway experience like no other.

The Space:

Enter the single level residence through the mahogany double doors where the Mid-century mod designed social spaces begin. You’ll love the easy flow between a super comfy living room and elegant dining area that are graced by vaulted ceilings and skylights. Next is the massive gourmet kitchen with bar seating, coffee bar, and 2 separate dining areas, then a second living room with games + indoor bar for non-stop entertainment. Views dominate every room, and the entire home is modern and light-filled, creating the perfect enclave for entertaining, sharing meals, streaming movies on the Smart TVs, or simply relaxing.

When it’s time for a rest there are 7 bedrooms to choose from, each with its own unique layout. The main suite is a luxury retreat with a king bed, twin trundle bed, and an exceptional 4-piece oversized bathroom that has a dual sink vanity and standalone tub. The other bedrooms have a nice mix of sleeping options including another king bed, queens, singles, and a fun bunk room that the kiddos will love. Most bedrooms in the home have a smart TV with streaming cable and storage for travel items, too. Adding to the long list of conveniences, enjoy 3 additional full bathrooms with modern finishes and custom tilework.

Whether looking for the perfect small event space or epic family fun, the backyard has you covered with a huge pool and soothing spa that are available year-round. Enjoy sophisticated shaded dining areas, a gazebo, BBQ grill, several verandas, fire pit, cornhole, ladder toss, and giant connect-four. Equipped with a centralized heating and cooling system, the home ensures a comfortable temperature year-round.

The pool/spa can be heated upon request, but fees may fluctuate based on the current market price to compensate for the rising gas prices. Please inquire about current pricing and promotions.

While this property is relatively secluded, neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

There is a pet fee of $100 per pet which applies to a maximum of two pets.

Helix, especially captivating at sunset, or challenge yourself with rock climbing at Coyote Ridge Boulder. Spend an afternoon hiking Cowles Mountain, mountain biking through Mission Trails Regional Park, strolling along Lake Murray, or fishing on El Capitan Reservoir.

From here you can hit the Pacific Beaches in about 25 minutes with several great options to choose from including Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores Beach, and Coronado Beach. Getting Around:

Our property is easily accessible via Interstate 8 (I-8), Interstate 805 (I-805), and CA-94 E. The overall area is best explored with a personal vehicle. There is private parking for up to six (6) cars – two (2) in the garage and four (4) in the driveway. Street parking is available for additional vehicles but is extremely limited. The house is perfectly located at the top of a hill and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in El Cajon.
