Excellent!

We came here for the NCAA final four. Luckily we found this gem, centrally located (for our needs). The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure. The kitchen is perfect and has everything! I'm a "bed snob" and have never slept better. Anthony is accommodating and easy to work with. His detailed instructions are extremely helpful (take the time to read!). The Frys he recommends is VERY friendly. I couldn't believe how welcoming everyone was! I'd like to add that the "In and Out" burger place is a must. We also went to a Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale called "Aunt Chiladas." Not a far drive and authentic. If I had to "complain," we would have preferred a heated pool. Also, I couldn't figure out how to turn the AC cooler. I'm sure Anthony would've helped me but I didn't think of it until late in the evenings. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were nice tho. Thank you, Anthony. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.

Thanks for the awesome review! We are truly humbled by the great reviews that we have received from all of our guests this year. We always knew that we had a great home in an ideal location, but it's especially gratifying that our guests see the same good things about our home that we do. Thanks for mentioning "In N Out Burger". We always forget to mention it in our list of great local restaurants, but it really is our favorite burger joint. The unheated pool is normally not a problem when the weather is 90+ degrees, as it usually is from March on. It makes for a refreshing dip on a hot day. I know that you hit an unusually bad patch of cold weather during your stay this year, so I can see how a heated pool would have helped, but I can assure you that the weather is normally much hotter at the end of March. On the AC, I really wished you had asked me how to turn on the air, cause it really was as simple as touching the thermostat touchpad, then hitting the "cooler" button. Easy as pie. Thanks again for the great review and we look forward to serving your vacation needs again next year.

Terrific family vacation!

We had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay and wished we could stay longer. The house was exactly as described. The house was clean and well maintained with an electronic security system which was great because we didn't have to worry about a key and the code is changed for every occupant. There is plenty of space for a group with three great group living areas. The location was great. It is located in a neighborhood setting and felt very safe. Everything was very convenient. Stores and restaurants were very close, and we went to Peoria for spring training which was an easy drive. The owner provided an extensive list of recommended shopping, restaurants and activities which was very much appreciated. The TV system was awesome giving us a chance to watch March Madness and watch our brackets fall apart. The property owner gets FIVE stars. The only issue we had is that the internet was spotty, and I had to use my personal hotspot to get some work done. The owner tried very hard to address this issue... even called the cable company to send someone out. This is a very minor issue and was addressed by the owner... I shouldn't be working on vacation anyway :(. I would recommend this property to friends and family and hope to go back and relax here soon.

Attentive Owners

Have been going to AZ for spring training for many years, and Anthony was the most attentive property owner we have encountered (that was definitely a plus)! It was clear that he was committed to us having a great experience, even if the COVID pandemic and cancelled spring training had other things in mind. The property is well located, but also allowed us to keep to ourselves. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool gets enough sun that even at 78 degrees outside, we were taking advantage of it. Thank you Anthony!

An Absolute Gem!

This property exceeded all expectations. From start to finish Anthony was the best manager I have encountered while traveling for work. He was on top of every detail and went so above and beyond to make sure the house had everything we would need to not only be comfortable but also make sure we were able to do all of our work from the house if necessary! The beds were extremely comfy and the spacious living areas allowed for all of us to get some alone time when we needed it while also being in a very central location to everything. We have already discussed renting this house again for years to come on our annual Spring Training trip!

Very nice, clean, well equipped and centrally located.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice, well equipped and well maintained. Home is located in a nice area with quite a few shopping and food places within walking distance and a lot more within a short drive. Also a plus for us is the Milwaukee Brewers spring training facility is just a short 4 mile drive from the home. Castles and Coasters amusement park which our family enjoyed also just a short drive from the property. Pool and patio area very nice to relax and enjoy the sun.

Nice place to stay

Nice house with lots of room. It has a very nice, private backyard with a pool. It is located betwwen Routes 17 and 101 in Glendale, but near Peoria. It has plenty of common areas: a living room and a family room and a game room. It has a nice kitchen with everything we needed.

Spring Training

This house was perfect for our trip. The house is clean and spacious. The location was convenient to Dodger stadium, shopping and eating. The owner is easy to work with and eager to solve any issues that might arise.

our visit to Phoenix

We had a great trip. The house was well furnished and equipped as advertised. the only real downside was the pool wasn't heated and couldn't be used this time of year. the owners were very responsive to our needs and responded extremely well. Overall - a nice spot to spend some time in the Phoenix area.

Very clean and nice just like last year.

WE have styed at this home the last 2 years, it is very clean and has everything g you need. The outdoor area is great for swimming, sun bathing and entertaining. WE spent every day out side, basking the sun. . The location is good, we attended 5 ball games and played 5 rounds of golf, plus numerous dinners out with friends. The house was nice to come home to after being gone.

Comfortable and Spacious Home

We (two couples) stayed late Feb.-early March and enjoyed our stay. Central from airport and for activities in Glendale, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, well stocked and comfortably furnished, though a little dated. Owner was responsive, helpful and thorough. You may want to know: - rental agreement is extensive - pool isn't heated (too cold to swim in late winter) - layout is bed, bed, bath, bed, bath on one side; living/kitchen on the other - flooring is tile/carpet (bring indoor footwear) - electronic entry (ask how to turn it on before you arrive) Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants within walking distance were great, and groceries available by foot at target or short drive at fry's. Additions that would be welcomed by future guests: a couple more pool loungers and pool towels.

Thanks for the great review! I'm really happy that you found our home to be comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We tried hard to make it a home away from home for ourselves and for our guests. It is indeed a central location, only a short hop to the airport, Glendale, Phoenix, and Scottsdale, so thanks for noticing that. I'm really glad that you found the neighbourhood to be nice and quiet. We have really grown to love our neighborhood and have developed close relationships with many of our neighbors. There is a neighborhood association and Blockwatch that keeps things safe and tidy. Glad you also managed to stroll over to the local Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants. We really enjoy them too. And of course, we love our local Target and Fry's stores. They usually have most of what we need. Thanks for the suggestion on the pool towels and loungers, we'll be purchasing four new pool towels and a couple of new loungers for our next guests. Thanks again for the great review and we look forward to hosting you again in the near future!

Great location

The house was perfect. There was enough space inside for us and our 2 daughters. The weather was accomomondating also that week so we spent alot of time on the patio by the pool. We were in town for a family wedding and found it literally around the corner, within walking distance, that was a great surprise. We found all the necessities we needed close by like Target, Fry grocery, and several restaurants. But being close to most of the main roads was also a bonus. The only thing we might suggest is that possible making the border of the step up or down into the game room and living room darker, there were several times people forgot and fell down.

I'm glad that you were able to spend a lot of time on the back patio by the pool. We love our back yard too, we find it to be really private, quiet, and relaxing. We also love how close our house is to everything. There really is a lot of good shopping and great restaurants nearby. We also like that we can be anywhere in 15 minutes. That's one of the reason's we bought the house, cause it really is in a central location. We'll definately follow up on your suggestion of making the border of the step into the games room and living room darker. Nobody has ever mentioned that as a problem before. Having a sunken living room is really a great feature, but I guess if you forget that there's a small step there, you might be in for a bit of a surprise, so we will make a point of reminding people of that feature. Spring Training like never leaving home

This house and it's owner were a dream come true. We stayed a week, we were able to save big $$ by cooking and BBQ-OMG our meals. There is a lot of room for Activities and privacy without having to retreat to a bedroom. We will be back again. It was a greattime with family and baseball

Awesome House

Stayed with 3 friends for Golf vacation. As soon as we walked into the house it felt like home. Lots of room with a great kitchen, it even has a games room with a foosball table and dart board. Great place to relax after a full day of golfing. Close to everything. Will definitely return.
