My husband and I hosted three friends — five adults total — for four nights in Phoenix for a concert trip. It was our first VRBO experience, and the house was perfect for us!All the amenities you could think of: pool, washer/dryer, streaming TV, and a beautiful backyard for BBQing and hanging out. The photos are exactly what you get!Jake was very responsive, communicating with us from a few days before check-in right through arrival day. Check-in was easy with the keyless entry, and checkout was smooth. The house was clean on arrival with plenty of room for five adults — comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, a quiet neighborhood, and easy parking. The kitchen was fully equipped — plenty of dishes, utensils, dishwasher, even seasonings for cooking. We could see ourselves making this a yearly trip because it truly felt like home.

We're so grateful that your very first VRBO experience was a success and that we got to be a part of it! Hearing that the house truly felt like home for the five of you is the ultimate compliment. We put a lot of thought into every aspect, from the comfy beds to stocking that kitchen and getting the backyard ready for good food and hanging out, so seeing it all hit the mark for your group means a lot. This is how traditions start - we'd be fortunate to be a part of that and host you again. Thank you!

Loved. Loved, Loved our stay!!!! Thank you Jake for being such a great host. We were there for an emotional visit and it was tough. Your house was the one thing that was the stability during our stay. It was exactly what our family needed at the beginning and end of each day, We were able to relax and make memories in the backyard oasis and at the kitchen table for game night. You were very accommodating and we can’t thank you enough! The amenities were amazing, everything was thought of big and small. Things you never think of until you need them to the pool, the seating, and grill in the back yard. 10 out of 10. We look forward to coming back in the future! Thanks again for everything!!!!
