Chaque invité nous a notés avec des critiques 5 étoiles! Superbe condo au bord du lac avec une vue imprenable! King-size Master + Invité Queen-size. Unité au 2e étage très désirable à côté du ruisseau babillant entouré d'arbres qui filtrent la lumière du soleil d'une belle manière pour les après-midi merveilleux se détendre sur les transats sur le patio projeté en écoutant les sons du ruisseau babbling.
De votre véranda privée, vous pouvez voir à la fois le ruisseau et le lac!
Regardez les tortues, des canards et des cygnes dans le confort de votre espace extérieur privé.
Vous pouvez vous promener autour du lac entier sur la promenade pour admirer toute la longueur du ruisseau babillage et la chute d'eau jaillissante.

Great condo. Gorgeous view of lake and brook from veranda. The owners anticipated every need and were highly reaponsive to any request. Definitely will stay again.Great job!

Perfect place for us to stay. My daughter had a class at ASU West and this was a short 10 minute drive. Nice pool, tennis courts and BBQs were available to guests. The place was super nice and newly renovated with a washer and dryer in the unit. I’d stay again. We stayed for 8 days.

Comfortable Condo with view

Condo was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a great vacation . Loved sitting on the patio watching birds play in creek and walking around the lake . Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

There is only one word to describe this place. RELAXING. Great view from the porch, convenient to everything, and was very clean when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place!

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, all the linens you need. We also enjoyed the artwork in the space. Owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay. A highlight is definitely the location on the property with a large shade tree and babbling brook right off the porch. Also enjoyed the pool and walks around the lake on property. Would stay here again!

Very enjoyable stay. My son and I were there for a week baseball tournament, it was a nice place to come back to each day. Comfortable and quiet. The covered parking was directly in front of the stairs leading up one flight of stairs to the unit. Very close to food and a couple of blocks from a grocery store.

I agree with the previous reviews – this is a great unit from a fabulous owner. Fantastic balcony with great view of brook and lake. Nice to be able to walk around the lake. Wonderful pool and spa area. On a five point scale. I would give it a six (if I could)!

Second visit was as exceptional as the first

This is our second visit to this property, and it did not disappoint! The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The property is exactly as pictured. Millie is a delight to work with, and answers every question or concern. We visited in June while the weather was exceptionally hot so we really appreciated having under cover parking for our car. We spent more time at the pool this time and really enjoyed the screened in porch for relaxing with a glass of wine to wind down after the day. We have decided that whenever we visit Phoenix, this will be our go-to home away from home.

A lovely oasis in Phoenix

This two bedroom condo is in an area of Phoenix with trees, a lake and a babbling brook. It is well located to freeways for getting to anything in the Phoenix area. It is clean with all the amenities one needs. The owner is very responsive. The porch/lanai is a wonderful spot to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing. The pool is heated and a nice bonus. Tennis courts and a walk around the lake round out fabulous activities on site. The beds are comfortable and towels are plentiful. The kitchen has everything for cooking. We will be back when we return to the Phoenix area. Thank you for a beautiful condo.

Beautiful Accomodations

We booked this property via VRBO. It was definately as advertized. It was a mature quiet gated community. It was close to ammenities and great location to go to State Farm Stadium. The King bed was super comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was immpecable, it was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Nothing was broken dirty or chipped. The exterior was fantasitic there is ample fowl to observe and turtles and the walk around the pond was both peaceful and soothing. The pool and hot tub we had to our selves each eving from around 1700 hours to close. There are BBQs that line the exterior if you wish to utilize that. Parking was ample in the assigned stall and easy to locate. This property is professionally managed and made for a smooth check in and check out process. It is on the second floor and an easy walk to it. However if you have mobility issues the stairs might cause an obstacle. The screened in balcony was a treat each morning to have a tea and watch the fowl and sunrise and sunset. This location made it easy to get around to surrounding areas in a reasonable amount of time. The owner and property manager checked in to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. They were not intrusive and very respectful and messaged or called during appropriate hours. I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommed to others.

Peaceful Property

We came to Phoenix for Spring Training. Great location with easy access to interstate for traveling to all stadiums. The screened in porch was awesome and so peaceful listening to the stream. Condo was so clean and decorated so nicely. We'd stay again if we venture out to any future Spring Training games! Thank you!

Great stay

This place is absolutely great! I highly recommend it! Millie and Rod were great. They answered right away with any of our questions I would so stay here again. Easy walk to Starbucks and the pond and river and walk way are awesome. Can’t say enough about both the place and the owners .

Beautiful CONDO

We stayed for a week in November. The condo was beautifully appointed. The furniture was very comfortable as was the king bed. The lanai was so relaxing with a babbling brook running past it. Close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Millie for a wonderful stay!

I love re-designing living spaces to incorporate a natural sense of serenity while creating a feeling of simple elegance.

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of it's stunning views of the lake, the sound of the babbling brook, the feeling of serenity and peacefulness within the home. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.

Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space.
