Bring the whole family to this spacious and wonderful location. The house has four bedrooms that are completely furnished and with central air conditioning. The 65-inch flat screen in the living area has Smart TV capabilities. Everything you need for cooking and dining is included in the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the quiet, enclosed backyard in the morning after brewing your preferred coffee varieties in the Keurig. Minutes away are parks, restaurants, retail stores, and sports facilities.

Phoenix Family Celebration

This is the BEST VRBO experience we have had to date ( and we frequently use VRBO)! The hostess was PHENOMENAL at communicating immediately and met every need! The house was fantastic with an AMAZING game room and toys for our grandchildren. SUPER CLEAN and very well stocked. The location is nice and near several restaurants and stores.We highly recommend this VRBO and will most definitely rent from this hostess in the future!

This home was clean, as described, as pictured and comfortable, easy location off the freeway had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice having an outdoor area for breakfast.

Every thing we needed was close by. Every place we wanted to visit was easy accessible. A very quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities and freeways.Private yard and very comfortable, well suited for our family We would stay again in a heartbeat

Best spot to stay

Perfect for our Spring Training visit!

My husband and I were in Phoenix for 2 weeks, in the Urban Desert Home. Our adult children and 2 grandchildren came for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The home met our needs and was central to the baseball games we attended. The backyard space is great. We loved having coffee out there in the mornings!

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable and a true oasis. The pool table gave us a fun way to end our days of sightseeing. This property is perfect for a family vacation and the host was wonderful.

Relaxing stay

We are driving cross country with our dogs as my husband is active duty and received orders back to NC. This house was clean and spacious. We were able to relax and rest comfortably. Only complaint I have is that the backyard is overgrown but didnt stop us from being outside.

Cute house and accommodating host

We had a great time hosting a murder mystery party here! Martha was very accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean. The bathroom didn’t have any towels set up, and there were no paper towels in the kitchen, but it was easy enough to supply our own and we didn’t feel the need to reach out to the host about it.

Very clean, well appointed. Owner was easy to work with and responded promptly. We chose it cause it is close to our daughters, whom we went to visit. So glad we did. The girls had somuch fun with the pool table and sitting around the fireplace outside. Would like to stay again
