the home was really well stocked and the games were used by all . the younger ones enjoyed the paddle boat but said it was harder than they had thought.

Mary thought of everything! The house was spectacular and she provided everything you could ever need! Communication was quick and easy and we would stay here again if we come back to the area. The family loved being on the lake! THANK YOU MARY!

Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. Everything was clean and the kitchen is stocked and labeled with many accessories, spices, coffee, condiments and so much more! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We would look forward to staying here again.

Excellent place with everything you need and more!

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

What an unforgettable stay! This lake house is a total dream. Fun, relaxing, and packed with adventure for all ages. My son called it his dream house the minute we arrived, and he was right! He spent hours fishing off the dock and playing chess. Meanwhile, I got to kick back with a book by the water, take in the mountain views, and enjoy some real peace and quiet. Whether you’re looking to be on the go or just unwind, this place has everything. Paddleboat? Check. Kayaks? Yep. Beautiful views, fire pit, comfy beds, and all the extras? You bet. Nothing was spared. It’s perfectly set up for families, couples, or anyone who just wants a great time.Mary was an outstanding host,warm,responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. She made our stay seamless from start to finish. She’s by far one of the best host we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We already can’t wait to come back. 100% recommend for anyone looking to relax and have some fun!

I would stay here again

Mary, the hostess is so pleasant to work with. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood, centrally located not too far a drive to baseball spring training & golf. We found plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices. Just needed to pickup food. Good news, Fry's grocery store is only a mile away, so it is an easy stop on the way home from whatever we were doing. The morning sun would reflect off the water and in the afternoon shade we sat out on the patio or on the dock. It was a great way to start and end the day.Thanks Mary!

Great stay

There are so many things to do at this house. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was so nice, secluded and backyard that overlooks lake to fish. We would highly recommend. Host was incredibly kind and gave us great ideas!

Hidden gem in Glendale

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home in Glendale. The home was immaculate, toys plentiful and the location on the water was an added bonus. Mary checked on us several times in order to make certain we were happy. We will return as soon as the property is available! It was perfect for us.

Great Expectations

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Just a wonderful weekend place to stay.

Awesome stay in Phoenix!

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful lakefront home!! The host is super sweet and made our welcoming to the home very comfortable and inviting. Caught so many fish and absolutely loved sitting on the dock and enjoying the mountain views with the awesome sunset!!!! Had a blast, the home is breath taking and has everything you need. We will definitely use the house again in the future.

Sweet getaway

Definitely worth staying here over a hotel. Home was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all her games, bikes and boats. The playground nearby was also a treat, especially for our dog. I was skeptical of all the 10 ratings but for this place the reviews are accurate.

Excellent property and host!!!

This home has it all, and the host thought of everything. Mary was there to greet us and walk us through the property to make sure we knew where everything was and she checked in on us the next morning via text to answer any questions we may have. The home is beautiful, with a dock to the lake, kayaks, paddle boat and all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Mary!

Amazing property with so much fish to catch!!

This property was amazing inside and out. It was clean, organized, very comfortable with a great atmosphere and vibe. The backyard is amazing the kayaks and paddleboat available and so much fish to catch right off the dock during your stay. My family had an amazing trip we all caught fish, great neighborhood just a wonderful time all around. Our host Mary was so great!! She met us at the property and showed us everything, where all the games, toys, kayaks, just every single thing that you could need is here at this house and so very, very, kid friendly it’s amazing!! We all had such a fabulous time. The property is immaculate and just so very comfortable and welcoming and relaxing. Rent this property , if you love to fish, you will catch them left and right! We had the best time and we will absolutely be back!!

Amazing Bachelor party weekend hub!

1st) the house is amazingly close to so many fun options around the area. (I suggest Westgate and can lake entertainment centers) including top golf, the sports parks and stadiums. 2nd) the house itself is awesome. A very clean and kept house right on the water. We weren’t at the house a ton but when we were we spent most of that time in the back yard, on the deck, or on the lake! Thank you so much for helping our trip be awesome!

Nice getaway

Thanks to the visitors ahead of us leaving the house tidy and Mary getting her team into clean, we were able to get into the house a little early. Wonderful view of the fountain from the patio and great to be able to sit on the dock. You can hear the 101, but it was not disruptive to our stay. Rooms were spacious. Mary was great, meeting us at the house to show us around and explain all the wonderful things she had for our use. She checked up on us to see how things were going which was a nice touch. If you are looking for a place by the water, this is your place!

Great House in a Nice Neighborhood

Great location! The house was clean and was stocked with everything needed for our stay. Teens loved the paddle boat, kayaks and fishing on the dock. Will stay here again if in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Sitting so pretty on the lake in front of the water fountains with gorgeous views of the mountains and the lake. Most guests prefer to sit outside day and night. Right across the street from a private neighborhood park that you can enjoy. Very close proximity to 101 loop and close to everything! Such a friendly and safe neighborhood. Adjacent to Thunderbird Park Preserve for hiking. a truly walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Explore the wildlife and the lake waterways. A hidden gem. Tons of dining options within reach as well as 4 grocery stores within blocks of the house. There are indoor activities facilities close by for continued summer family fun.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being lakeside in Phoenix is such a treat. So pretty watching the fountains with the mountains in the background. The fountains lit at night is just beautiful. Enjoying the paddle boat and kayaks while roaming through the canals is just breathtaking. Visitors come far and wide. Locals come for a unique staycation in their own backyard!
