Welcome to our charming renovated vacation home! Located just 8 miles from Disney, this is the perfect choice for your next Orlando vacation. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and a private pool with barbecue, our home offers comfort and privacy for you and your family.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. You'll also see a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying family time.

The highlight of our property is the private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and also take advantage of the barbecue to prepare meals outdoors. Enjoy delicious barbecues by the pool while enjoying special moments with your family and friends.

Our house is conveniently located opposite the clubhouse, where you'll have access to a sand court for volleyball, a full gym and a communal pool with a bar, perfect for cooling off and socializing with other guests.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Pool was super nice warm during our stay end of February, we had one episode where the temp in the pool dropped but Paula was on it right away and it was working within hours. Place was very clean, they had all the extra in case you forgot, umbrellas, stroller, beach towels. We will definitely be back to stay

Most Amazing Host!

Overall this is the best VRBO Property we have ever rented! The host, Paula, was absolutely amazing and any issues that happened were handled by her promptly and always with a smile! The kitchen was the best stocked with everything a renter may need and then some! Comfy beds, high quality linens, brand new appliances and the wonderful Terre Verde resort made for a perfect vacation! We would definitely recommend and would return here to this property without question!

Clean and comfortable

We had the best stay, Paula was amazing! The property was clean and comfortable. We visited Discovery Cove in Orlando and it was the perfect location, took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the park.

Spacious and Accommodating

Paula is the sweetest and she is so helpful. You can see that she thinks about the details throughout your stay. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed as we traveled with my 9 month old grandbaby. We were there for the high school cheer nationals and it was a great location for traveling to/from Disney and ESPN frequently. The back patio with pool was so perfect and relaxing. We also enjoyed walks around the community and virgin pina coladas at the tiki bar. We highly recommend this place and will be back.

Great home! We loved all the amenities, the table was set for a dinner party? Which was awkward we had to put away all the dishes before we could enjoy the space. But past that it's as great location and great set up

The perfect VRBO property

This is the gold standard of what a VRBO property should be. The house was well furnished, exactly as advertised, very clean, neatly organized, and had a great layout. The host was incredibly gracious and communicative. The location was 15-25 minutes from everything. I could not be happier with this home and the host.

Exceptional - A must stay location

Arrived at paradise! A very well equipped private - gated community that had everything. The completely renovated condo with private pool was superb. Very close to everything that you would need like Walmart and restaurants. Hop, skip, and a jump to Disney. The owner was very polite and easy to work with. Communications were awesome! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay

Had a fantastic stay. The villa was lovely, immaculately clean, pool was great and the gates community it was on had good security and facilities at the clubhouse. It was close to Disney about 20 mins drive/Uber and there was various supermarkets close by. The host Paula could not have been more helpful and easy to contact. If we come to Florida again would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

A Beautiful, Peaceful Oasis !

Wow! The moment we walked in we noticed such a clean, spacious, and welcoming home. Any type of need, Paula was very attentive, caring and accommodating. Even a Welcome Basket on the kitchen island made us feel right at home. Excellent amenities with a private pool, well equipped. The basket of beach towels for the pool is a really nice touch. We highly recommend Paula and Wosley's Terra Verde Resort Townhome for your next stay. We know we certainly will. Enjoy!! Donelle and Gary K.
