This wonderful vacation home is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths along with a full kitchen, a private, screened-in pool, spa, and patio area. With an amazing pool area overlooking spectacular lake views and nature reserve, no rear neighbors !!!

While we offer a pet-friendly home, we ask you to PLEASE send a message PRIOR to booking with the breed, size, age, and number of pets you would like to have in your group. We welcome well-trained pets and responsible owners while only charging one flat daily rate of $38/night regardless of the number of pets. ALL pets must be LEASHED when outside of the house or pool area.

Game and Media Room, Full-Sized 4-person Air Hockey, Foosball, PacMan, Huge Television, ALL inside the A/C with natural daylight, not in a stuffy, hot garage! Keep the fun rolling anytime when not at the parks or in the pool!

While at the resort, you will find many of its amenities, including tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, walking trails, bike rentals, a huge community pool, a poolside Tiki bar, a fitness center, a mini-golf, and so much more! Just a short walk away.

Located minutes from Disney World, Disney Springs, and just a short drive away from all of Central Florida's other theme parks and attractions - SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, ICON Park, International Drive, and much more.

Our home has all the features to comfortably provide you and your family with the amenities while on vacation! A kitchen ready for your cooking needs, a private pool and spa(can be heated for use during those cooler winter months for an additional fee), and large smart TVs.

Room for multiple families, close to the 192 corridors for shopping and dining.
Spectacular days and evenings can be spent by the pool overlooking memorable views, with no neighbors behind to deter from the amazing scenery and only minutes from Disney World.

Heating options are only available for the full term during the rental period and MUST be ordered before arrival to allow enough time for tech to activate. The pool needs a minimum of 24+ hours to heat depending on current outdoor weather.
