Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom townhouse just 5 minutes from Angel station. Spanning 3 floors, it offers a beautifully designed space, ideal for city living luxury with flexible comfort. Indulge in charming streets lined with historic buildings, trendy cafes, and artisanal shops nearby. This townhouse strikes a perfect balance between the bustling urban environment and serene pockets of greenery, making it an ideal destination for tourists seeking a mix of city life and relaxation.
When you arrive at the address, you'll be greeted by a charming three-story mid-century residence, adorned with brickwork and assembled in a colonial style, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant pulse of London's Megalopolis.
Upon crossing the threshold of the front door, you'll step into a welcoming foyer with warm wooden flooring and airy pastel-hued walls.
The ground floor is divided into a spacious dining area, nestled near the window, and a kitchen outlined with wooden accents, complete with all essential appliances and a breakfast table ideal for breakfasts and quick meals.
Ascending the plush carpeted stairs, you'll find a spacious TV lounge room furnished with an extra large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for accommodating big family gatherings or groups of friends. Adjacent to the living, there's a versatile conference room with an office space, which can also serve as an additional lounge area.
The second floor boasts two generously proportioned double bedrooms, each featuring ample storage for clothing, en-suite facilities with walk-in showers, and meticulously maintained hospitality standards including professional cleaning and fresh linens for guests.
Venture up to the attic area, where you'll encounter an expansive master bedroom adorned with a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp linens, complemented by a built-in bathroom featuring a large bathtub, shower, impeccably maintained sanitary fixtures, and complimentary towels. Expansive French-styled windows flood this magnificent sleeping quarters with natural light while providing access to an open balcony offering captivating views over the city.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, just behind the kitchen area, you'll find a dedicated laundry space equipped with washing and drying machines for your convenience.
To enhance your stay, a professional cleaning service is conducted prior to your arrival, with additional appointments available upon request for a separate fee.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Please note that parking is âfirst come first servedâ.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs ÂŁ30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ÂŁ30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at ÂŁ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at ÂŁ50 per hour.
Smoking in the house is strongly prohibited! Penalty ÂŁ500.
