Ce bâtiment offre une superbe piscine avec des chaises longues et de grands espaces communs pour profiter des jardins. Il n'y a rien de tel que cet immeuble au centre-ville. Vous pouvez également faire votre séance d'entraînement au gymnase ou jouer au billard dans la zone de jeu. Le bâtiment dispose d'un parking souterrain. Ce ne sera pas un problème si vous avez deux voitures.

Not the best apartment in the condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately this apartment is not the best in the condo, we decide to change it after some days for many reason, first of all to go from the small bedroom to the kitchen you must pass trough the main bedroom (0 privacy for the one in the bed), the bathroom close to the kitchen is very small, stinky and not working properly (we have to call the maintenance 2 times in 4 days) no space to hang the wet clothes and no whasher / Dryer. The lift arrives only one floor less to the entry so you have to do the last floor by steps.

I reserved the unit for my daughter's family for a week. The door handle mechanism was torn out upon arrival such that the door wouldn't remain closed in a complex of some 100 units. The property manager, Playa Moments, was immediately advised. They told me that it was supposed to have been repaired. They assured me that they would take care of it. Two days later, I went back to tell them it had not been repaired. The repeated they would take care of it. I returned and asked them to be compensated. They offered not to charge for the water and toilet paper. When they left, the door was still flapping in the wind.

Happy with Playa Moments

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented an open concept condo in the Sabbia complex assuming even though the layout was odd it couldn’t be too problematic. We were wrong, very wrong. The condo is on the 4th floor of the building and was meant to be a roof top patio not an apartment. DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO. The common area consists of a living room and a kitchen has 2 large open windows. One has a window covering that offers some protection from the wind and rain the other has nothing. It rained a lot during our stay and a ridiculous amount of water pooled on the floor of the living area. Initially we had no mops or extra towels to clean up the water and the wet tile was very slippery. We called Playa Moments to complain about the water and they immediately brought towels and mops. We asked to be moved to another rental but there was nothing available. After a couple days of frequent mopping and wringing out towels. I went to the Playa Moments office and expressed my frustration with the situation ( I was fed up). The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and was able to move us to another condo in the building that has proper windows and no water issues. The condo was spacious, comfortable, lovely and we enjoyed staying there for the rest of our trip. The Playa Moments agency staff were helpful. When we arrived at the condo (the nightmare condo) it was missing several items (coffee maker, blender, broom and some other items) and the staff quickly brought them to us after we requested. The staff were understanding and helpful with relocating us once a condo was available. They were always polite and friendly. The Sabbia building is great. It has a large pool with lots of lounge chairs. There is a small gym that is good enough to get in a decent workout. The location is fantastic, easy to walk to the beach, Mega, Walmart and a ton of fantastic restaurants. There is always a staff in the lobby and they are friendly and helpful. Le condo loué était tellement inapproprié que nous avons demandé à l agence de nous trouvé autre chose immédiatement . Sous aucune considération nous allions rester ds cette propriété pour 1 mois. Les appareils électroménagers malpropres et brisés. Ameublement disparate et mobilier tout taché juste à l écrire le cœur me lève encore. A EVITER

The toilet seat was loose and there were not enough plates and cutlery. The sink in one of the bathrooms was stuffed. All in all we had a nice stay and we kan recommend the place. It had a nice location.

We loved our stay in Playa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful apartment and complex. We loved the view from the top floor. Having an open living space was great. Only complaint was that there were ants in the bathrooms which was kind of weird. You'd expect them in the kitchen, not the bathroom. Anyway, they weren't a huge bother. It would have been nice to have luggage stands or some where to place a suitcase. There were built-in dressers but you'd have to unpack everything and for a 3 night stay it just didn't seem worth while. We were constantly moving suitcases from bed to floor and back which was a bit annoying. The pool and view more than made up for it. The property managers were great once we were there but several unanswered emails before we arrived had us a little nervous about our stay. Everything worked out great in the end. Overall 5 stars! Also there is a seafood restaurant one block north of Sabbia that we highly recommend. Food was amazing.

Good Unit with a few flaws

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, 3 blocks to town. Pool was nice. The customer service not so good. Anything we asked for, we did not get. Asked for wine glasses, never received. We asked for an extra towel (that we did not want but they said we had to have it or would be charged for it) at least 3x. Ants in unit. Open air is nice, but it gets very hot in afternoon. 2nd bedroom has to walk thru master bedroom to get to kitchen & living area. Only 1 channel on TV was in English (sometimes). A few things should be replaced (shower head, door lock). Sewer smell in one of the bathrooms.

The pool and hot tubs were cleaned daily and enjoyed by many guests. 1 1/2 blocks from 5th Ave tourist strip - close enough to get to but we didn't have any of the noise at our condo. Well equipped gym & pool table & ping pong table out near the pool. A/C worked well in both bedrooms.

Good stay with minor detail

Reviewer Comments: Well the stay when really good the facilities were perfect and the staff really nice, but there was a problem a cell phone charger got lost in our room after cleaning service, I believe that was moved because we left it outside on the balcony, but then never appeared again, the staff gave us anotherone but was not the same quality (fast charge) so I reccomend do not leave your chargers in the balcony

Worth the price, overall we are happy.

Reviewer Comments: A little rough around the edges, lights burnt out, not spectacularly clean, the shower is not setup well to drain properly and easily leaks, flooding the hallway, the other shower curtain rod kept falling down...the living room & kitchen are open air and rain is not well diverted away from the living space, so water cleanup was required after every downpour (frequent in rainy season). The location was AWESOME! The price was AWESOME! and the staff was GREAT! I would normally rate this type of accommodation with about a 3 1/2 star rating, but considering the price, I'm rating it higher. The other problem was in the cooler weather we experienced during our stay, the jacuzzi would have been nice to use, but the heaters were not working, so the water was cold.

No grill on the BBQ for one. Also a bit of a design flaw with the only entrance to the outdoor kitchen and dining area being through the main bedroom. We didn't have much to do with playa moments staff but the Sabbia reception staff were excellent

REALLY NOT GREAT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: not that close from the beach like they told us. construction site right next to the condo waking you up at 8am every day (i actually asked before renting and they told me the construction was done) the cleaning was about the worst i ve ever saw (clean when we first got there but then the cleaning lady was reallyyyy bad at her job) the internet went down almost every day, and they DON ́T answer their phone (I actually tries 3 differente numbers and none answered) real bad smell from the air conditionning sistem (that didnt work when we first get there)the pool was good, and the building concierge (who has nothing to do with playa moments and karina) was great I ́d recommend Aldea Thai, so much closer from the beach, better service and almost the same price! Oh... and i was forgetting about the aunts on the kitchen... it was a real nest.

There were a couple minor issues that could be easily remedied - the entry door handle needed to have the screws tightened and the cupboard doors didn't open or close properly. The only real problem was that the bathroom door handle broke so you couldn't close the door and it still wasn't fixed when we left three days later. These were all minor though. It was a great, friendly, clean place to stay.
