I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I have stayed at Sabbia condos for 7 years. It is a very well landscaped and maintained facility and I have enjoyed it for the most part. However, my most recent stay in 401A was different. Primarily because 401A is on the 5th floor, not the 4th floor, and there is no elevator access. This is not truth in advertising as far as I am concerned. What If I was handicapped? I did not appreciate the deception. Another issue is that sun beats down directly on the south facing picture window and there is no shade to draw. the extremely bright soccer field lights blind you in bed until late into the night when there is a match happening. No blinds or cuirtains to block it the light!! or the heat during the day. a window in the hall was rusted open, so doors to all rooms had to be closed in order to air condition the unit. Overall, I felt like the unit was poorly maintained, unlike other units Ive stayed in which show loving care. The worst offense, though, was to lie about the floor the unit was locate on.
