SABBIA Condos est le meilleur bâtiment de copropriété dans ville, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la 5ème AVENIDA célèbre et à 15 minutes du quai des ferries à destination de Cozumel. ACCÈS très proche de la plage (mamitas & KOOL clubs de plage) et à la RESTAURANTS

Ce bâtiment offre une hugh et superbe piscine avec chaises longues et de grands espaces communs pour profiter des jardins. Il n'y a rien de tel que ce bâtiment dans le centre-ville. Vous pouvez également faire votre séance d'entraînement à la salle de gym ou jouer au billard dans la zone de jeu. Le bâtiment dispose d'un parking souterrain. Il gagné le `t être un problème si vous avez deux voitures, les places de stationnement seront attribués par nous.

Sabbia Condos est le bâtiment dans le centre-ville qui vous donne le plus pour votre argent. Il est un excellent choix si vous voulez passer une semaine ou voulez y vivre à temps plein. Playa del Carmen Locations de vacances: Vous pouvez le louer pour 3 nuits, par semaine.

Disaster stay at Sabbia

Sabbia Mar 1-6

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Sabbia condos for 7 years. It is a very well landscaped and maintained facility and I have enjoyed it for the most part. However, my most recent stay in 401A was different. Primarily because 401A is on the 5th floor, not the 4th floor, and there is no elevator access. This is not truth in advertising as far as I am concerned. What If I was handicapped? I did not appreciate the deception. Another issue is that sun beats down directly on the south facing picture window and there is no shade to draw. the extremely bright soccer field lights blind you in bed until late into the night when there is a match happening. No blinds or cuirtains to block it the light!! or the heat during the day. a window in the hall was rusted open, so doors to all rooms had to be closed in order to air condition the unit. Overall, I felt like the unit was poorly maintained, unlike other units Ive stayed in which show loving care. The worst offense, though, was to lie about the floor the unit was locate on.

Reviewer Comments: Este periodo no fue muy agradables para algunos y otros decidimos desconectarnos un poco y relajarnos en la playa; definitivamente la mejor decisión, fuimos muy bien recibidos y encontramos un lugar tranquilo para sentirnos de vacaciones a pesar de las restricciones, el departamento muy lindo y limpio conforme los nuevos requerimiento y el personal utilizando todas las medidas de prevención para garantizarnos una estancia segura. Sin duda alguna volveremos a visitar playa y consideraremos la agencia Playa Moments en nuestra próxima escapada.

Its really close to the quinta avenida and near to a great restaurant called LOS AGUACHILES, the pool is very clean and all the spaces as well. We highly recommend this place to people who wants to have a realixng and amazing trip to Playa del carmen

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Première expérience condo, dix jours et on a vraiment aimé. il y a un ascenseur, nous étions au 4 ième il y a 4 étages. Le bloc D est coin Calle 34 Norte, à cette extimité vous êtes plus plus près des activités de bar juste en face alors le soir surtout la fin de semaine tu doit fermer les fenêtres et dormir à l'air climatisé. Pour le reste tout est très bien, le personnel très sympathique et gentil.

Reviewer Comments: SABBIA es un lindo lugar, si disfrute mi estancia,existieron detalles del apartamento donde me quede que lamentablemente no se resolvieron y la descripción de la propiedad si era precisa pero no verídica(los conectores no tenían corriente, no había wifi, por contrato y descripción de servicios tenia que haber una plancha y no la había una parrilla y no la había un jacuzzi y no lo había no servia uno de los controles de la Tv y uno del aire acondicionado ) no sentí empatia por parte del personal de playa moments quienes hicieron mi chek in y ckek out, pedi me permitieran salir dos horas después de las 11am ya que mi vuelo salia hasta las 7pm y por darme una hora mas me obligaron a realizar un buen comentario en su pagina acerca del servicio que me brindaron y eso se me hace algo muy ventajoso y aprovechado de su parte.por supuesto no arreglaron los inconvenientes mas que el wifi a dos dias de que me fuera y bueno esa parte no me dejo para nada un buen sabor de boca

First night the broken large window covering was broken and in storm was hitting wall.The tenant below was angry at me becahse of noice. PHONE didnt have a cord,water leaking in master bedroom. FULL DAY 1/2 NO INTERNET couldnt work from room only because the net bill wasnt paid.Had to pruchase frying pan to cook. At checkout they didnt have time until it was to late I had to leave for airport. The staff for court tard were so good. ITS sad they have to be afiliated with the name SABIA

Nos faltó dinero y la Consejería no se hizo cargo. No pudimos guardar los valores porque al llegar la caja fuerte no andaba. La arreglaron después del robo. El resto normal. Estábamos al lado de todos los Aires acondicionados del edificios. Por lo que había un ruido constante. La piscina muy linda y la ubicación buena.

Nous avons loué l'appartement 401C avec la cuisine à l'extérieur! Gros problème lorsqu'il pleut le toit n'est pas étanche et on doit balayer l'eau! Pas de Wifi pas pas d'eau chaude dans la ****** principale et pas de télé la première semaine!

Sabbia 3401A-Desilusionante

Reviewer Comments: Problemas constates con el WIFI.No nos abrieron el segundo baño si no hasta que se lo reclamamos, drenajes obstruidos, Jacuzzi sucio, sin instrucciones de uso. El AC del cuarto principal no enfriaba bien el primer dia. El Puesto de estacionamiento fue ocupado por otro vehículo y al final le dejaron el puesto y a nosotros nos cambiaron. El Apartamento muy bien pero las areas comunes living, cocina, comedor, jacuzzi, son imposibles de estar en el día por las altas temperaturas. No Hay privacidad en la habitación principal xq es el paso hacia la cocina, living, comedor y Jacuzzi.

First time renters in Playa del Carmen

Reviewer Comments: The only issue we found during our stay was that there was a few guests staying in the compound that did not follow all of the rules of the property. They acted loud and disorderly and security did little to contain them. This will definitely affect my future decision to stay in this property in the future.

NOt exactly what we had in mind

Reviewer Comments: Unit wass decent for the price but all of the living space ( kitchen, secind bathroom and living/dining room) were all outdoors and all had to be accessed from the master bedroom- so NOT good for 2 couples this lay out only works if kids are in the second bedroom. Also a lot of construction going on at the rear of the building.
