This wonderful home has been custom designed with unbelievable custom themed rooms, private pool, spa, BBQ grill, ample parking, theater, VR arcade and more! This mansion includes free access to Veranda Palms resort amenities.

Guest Access:
*Full access of house, lawn and yard.
*Full access to resort amenities. (dependent on state and HOA during COVID)
*Full access to cabanas and fire pits and courts.
*BBQ Grill - propane tank provided but guests must refill as needed. $30 clean fee.

*Parking on driveways only. Up to 7 cars.
*No street parking.
*Additional parking by clubhouse.
*STRICT PARKING RULES: The HOA monitors parking and does tow regularly if any part of the car is touching the grass or street
*Smoking is allowed in back by pool area. All doors and windows must be kept close. Any smells inside with be additional fines and charges. Any damage or improper discard of butts or smoking materials shall incur additional charges and or fines.
*Pool & Heat: $40/night with a minimum of 3 nights plus must be for duration of the stay.
*Grill: $30 clean fee. $75 full tank of gas & clean fee.
