Famimy gathering

Property was as advertised, very spacious and clean. The pool area, Game rooms and movie theater were hits. The only small issue was operation of TVs throughout the property (multiple remotes for each TV but unable to get the TVs or streaming apps to work properly). The Owner was very responsive, answering any questions after arrival within minutes. Will definitely stay again!

Great Place For Our Golf Outing

The vacation home was wonderful with so much space. We had everything we needed and the place worked out very well. Everyone staying had a great time and they were very happy with the home. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Magical Experience had by all!!!

From the moment we walked in the door we were all in aww with the home. Plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the fact that the home was broken up into 2 seperate living areas. We will def be back in the future.

Fantastic House

The house goes on and on and on. We had twelve for a golf trip and you couldn't ask for a better house to stay in. The pictures don't justify all that you get. If we go back to Orlando, we will definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Vacation Rental

We all had a great experience in this beautiful home (hence no one wanted to leave). It provided the space we needed for our family and we enjoyed ourselves, overall the space was clean and spacious. We had a couple of minor issues but the property manager was quick to respond and very pleasant. Loved it! Great for family gatherings.

Wonderful House - Very spacious and lots to do !

House is amazing. Big enough for a large group or multiple families. Really loved the two living areas with kitchens right off of them. Plenty of room to eat formally at either or grab and go. Grilling by the pool was how we spent most of our time. Enjoyed the amenities the place had to offer and even got a workout in at the home gym. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and that's something that stands-out above the rest! Highly recommend!

Great house

Very large property, plenty of room for a large group. Had two well stocked kitchens and the pool was perfect. Everyone enjoyed it. We had a few questions for the property owner and he responded immediately to both messages and phone calls, he was very helpful. Huge driveway can accommodate multiple cars with no problem. We had some technical issues getting the home theater to work, but it really didn't affect our stay much.

Property has large bedrooms. Pool was very dirty upon arrival. Kitchen needs more frying pans. Carpet was wet in lower bedroom behind the air handler in closet. Bar fridge did not work. Overall, needs some TLC.

Great Family Reunion Rental

I stayed at this property with my extended family over the Thanksgiving holiday - we had a total of 16 people including 3 infants who are all < 1 year old. The house was perfect for our needs. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. The pool and amenities were a great addition. The two separate kitchens were very useful for preparing a large Thanksgiving meal. The property host was very attentive to our concerns and responsive to messages, even on the holiday. Everything was perfect for our trip and I would highly recommend for anyone else considering a rental for a large group rental! 14 king bedrooms is hard to find, and the rooms matched the descriptions perfectly

Nice house.

Nice house with lots of rooms. Mostly enjoyed our stay here. A few things that would have been a little better: upon arrival house was hot, had not been swept and vacuumed well (old cigarette butt under one bed, lots of “hair” in another one, little things here and there). A/C worked great in some rooms but barely kept up in others. With the price we paid we were slightly upset, but most things were great and we enjoyed the stay.

Orlando Golf Trip

This could be a nice rental, but the details hold it back. No pans in either kitchen, some faucets don't work, grill doesn't work, burnt out bulbs everywhere, pool dirty and the list goes on. Manager would not give me his phone number to call, had to email and wait for responses. Plenty of other house out there, would not stay there again

Great location, kitchens not fully equipped

We had a great time at this home! Enough beds and bathrooms for our group, which was most important when selecting. I wish I had listened to the previous reviews before booking though. We searched high and low in all of the kitchens and ended up having to purchase measuring cups, skillets, and a few other kitchen essentials that we needed to cook for 12 people that were nowhere to be found. Another thing to consider is the layout of the home, especially if you plan to utilize all bedrooms, because you do have to walk through one bedroom to access the other wing of the home inside (there is another access if you go outside the front door and through the garage). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but recommend stocking the kitchen with proper equipment for stovetop cooking and more towels in the kitchens and bathrooms.

Great stay! Updates needed

My family and I (21 members) enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautiful and split in to two sections with ample things for adults, teens and children to do. The layout is absolutely beautiful! Additionally, we initially had difficulty accessing one of the rooms, and the owner quickly sent over maintenance support. This was much appreciated. The pool and outdoor area was also a hit with the family. A few things that would improve the experience: touch up paint throughout the property, as some things/walls/borders look worn; more amenities like wash cloths in all rooms—several family members did not have any in their rooms; an iron (it was confusing that there was an ironing board and no iron; I contacted the owner about this and didn’t get a reponse); Kleenex in the bedrooms, and a better grade of toilet paper; more than 2 glasses in the second kitchen—family had to go to the first kitchen to borrow items. For the price of the property, these things were lacking and are what you would expect for a property so large and luxurious. Overall, it was a good stay and my family enjoyed spending the holiday together at this location.

Misleading

Hello, My group and I checked out yesterday late afternoon even though our reservation was through this morning. I needed to bring to your attention a major issue we had with the rental of this property. This is the fourth time we have stayed at reunion resort but this was the first time we were misled about what is included with rental home. As you know this was not an inexpensive rental and prior to booking I emailed the host through vrbo asking if reunion resort water park access was included and they responded that it was and proceeded to tell me the home itself also has two pools. On Saturday 6/17, our group went to the resort front desk to get our wristbands and we were told that our home did not water park access. 9 of us adults and our children were dressed and ready for the water park only to spend the next hour trying to figure out why we did not have water park access. We also contacted the host and let him know the protocol front desk was asking for in order for us and our children to get into the water park and there was no action taken by him. Some time later he messaged me saying to give him the names of each of the guests and that we would have to pay for waterpark access after we had already paid for rental of the home. This is misleading and unacceptable and needless to say upsetting for our entire group. We need this matter to be addressed and need this to be rectified ASAP. We did not spend nearly $10,000 only to be lied to.

While the house was huge and accommodated a large group, there was a lot the house was lacking. These included; - WiFi outside around the pool - small kitchen appliances were broken ( have held mixer and waffle maker) - kitchen not well appointed (few large platters, no cutting board, no large fry pans) - dishwasher was broken

All I can say is this property was beautiful much more then I expected I has a couple of minor issues and I do mean minor and I called the number provided and they came within 30min and took care of it. THANK YOU
