This private, remodeled space is small but functional and budget friendly, perfect for 1-2 travelers. Located less than 5 minutes from highways, Downtown, nightlife and attractions, this unit is Fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay.
ONE THING TO NOTE. Some of the ceilings in unit are slanted. While the main part of unit has normal 7-8 foot ceilings, we ADVISE this may be a tight fit for guests over 6 ft. The outside of the house is older.
This was exactly what we were looking for! A cozy and comfy place to sleep while we toured Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The place is small, as reflected by the price. The neighborhood is a little run-down but we never felt unsafe or anything like that.
This Quaint Little Apartment Was Just As Described In Details, Descriptions, and Photos. The Apartment Was Clean, Newly Remodeled or Newly Completed, Had Favorable Amenities, and Was Located Centrally To My Visitation Events.
I Would Book Here Again!!
First off the owner Phil was very nasty to me . Couldn't get in with the code. Very dark no light no place to park people outside watching us and I believe they were doing drugs outside. Never did make it in so we went and got a hotel somewhere else cause the neighborhood was horrible and it looked unsafe.
Upon arriving to the property the driveway was blocked by chairs and a shopping cart. The backyard where we were told to park wasnât kept and was overgrown. There was a group of neighbors that were staring us down when we pulled up. There are multiple abandon houses on the street and it just felt very unsafe. There was some sort of argument happening nearby. T to hat was very clear. We ended up booking another stay elsewhere. The property owner refused a refund.
attic unit
deep first step into building a little dangerous with luggage
at entrance there's an opening to basement without door
mildew fumes from basement smelt within hallway
hallway light at unit entrance doorway self-actuated and turned off quickly leaving darkness at doorway
head hits ceiling at kitchen table
internet didn't work and I had to fix it
door lock didn't work one day and I couldn't enter and had to leave. Was fixed when returned.
a lot of rough plaster on walls - sloppy work
no place to put dishes once washed except back into sink
animal noises within bedroom walls heard at night - could be squirrels or rats
Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old.
The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice.
The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option.
Driveway has us parking in the grass, entry gate is small, shoukd defiantely have measurements included, (what if i brought a big truck? Eek)
Back could use better lighting.
For the price. Not at all mad. Just constructive criticism :)
