CAL KING BED, FREE PARKING PASS FOR 1 CAR, BY DOWNTOWN & CLINIC
My apartment is a small 320 sq. ft unit in a safe and peaceful location, walking distance from CSU. Not located directly Downtown but literally minutes away from Downtown Clevelandâs best attractions and the Cleveland Clinic! In the unit there is a California King bed and black adjustable futon that converts into a bed. Thereâs an onsite store/restaurant âCURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE, UNFORTUNATELYâ, laundry room, small conference room, as well as an entertainment room with a pool table and a small gym. Come and experience a relaxed and comfortable stay. The space The property itself is typically on the quiet side. Mostly occupied by students and professionals. The unit is a tiny and cozy space to relax and unwind. Guest access Parking is free for one car with the provided parking pass. Donât want to get stuck in traffic? Public transportation is steps away to get you where you want to go. A bus stop is located right outside the building (The health line). Also there are typically scooters and bikes around or nearby the apartment that you can pay for to get around Downtown. A key fob will be provided to enter and exit the premises and a passcode will be provided to enter the apartment unit.
I did not stay here because they advertise free parking with a pass and then when I got there no parking pass the room was not clean like it was supposed to be and I was told that I would get a full refund and I still have not gotten a full refund and it has been a couple weeks now
I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very nicely maintained and perfect size for One person or a couple to have a cozy, safe place to stay in the Cleveland area. I would definitely rebook! The host was extremely accessible and helpful.
I booked this apartment for my son and his coach while they attended a sports event in the area. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location was extremely convenient, allowing them to walk to the event. The apartment itself was great, especially the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare a quick breakfast. Since my son's event started early, having the option to make their own breakfast at 6 AM was a huge advantage. Their three-night stay was very comfortable, and they would love to book this apartment again if the event returns to Cleveland.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and the property manager responded quickly with any concerns we had. Great location. Only a short ride away to downtown. Had absolutely everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!
The host was awesome and super helpful. I got this place for some friends of mine, and he was very patient in working with us to make sure they were able to check in.
It was super clean, well stocked, there was all types of cooking utensils, even an air fryer!
The bathroom was well stocked with hygiene products, and even some snacks!
It was a very secure building, easy to follow directions, very nice facility.
My friends all loved it and said they would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all their friends.
My wife and I were in town for a concert and we chose this place mainly for the free parking, which made our trip less stressful. The check in was easy and very detailed. Overall it was a nice, cozy place to relax after the show. Quiet, well kept and loved that it was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
Christopher was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend in Cleveland. We felt very safe leaving our car in the gated parking lot. Ride sharing was very easy and convenient with Lyft even with three huge events happening.
Pros- Off-street parking, public transportation adjacent to the building, and cleanliness. Cons- very small and a lot of noise coming from the next door parking lot during the night. I would stay here again.
Very good location for walking or public transportation in Cleveland, and good parking. This is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, the description say both "kitchen and kitchenette" for some reason. The lighting in the room was a little dark, some more light options would be appreciated.
I was really happy that a list of this simplicity, quality, and price was still up for grabs the week before my stay. Though it's a small studio it had all the amenities of a hotel I'd want with a much more convenient location, the checkin was easier even, and Chris was very responsive on my arrival after a small issue of entering the private lot. The place was well maintained for the older age of the units and the neighbors mostly quiet for the weekend. there wasn't anything stand out that lower a star, and think it's a good value. Definitely check it out. đ
This property worked well for my husband and myself. The check in process was detailed and very simple to follow. Owner was available through text if needed. The pictures were just as the apartment was in person. I felt it was nicely kept place but in an area a little less desirable to some. But, we never felt unsafe. It was nice to see security at the front desk too.
Room itself was expected and reflected as in pictures, bad smell in main lobby area and hallway leading up to room resulting in air purifiers and overpowering plug in air fresheners needed in room (host had plugged in, etc.) to manage the surrounding smell, but would not recommend if you have a sensitive sense of smell.
Elevators had strong smoke smell. Did not like the heavy smoke/weed smell. Smoke smell was very strong in the evening even though we were in a non-smoking unit, everyone else was smoking around, above, and below. I would not stay at this location again.
Some of lights didnât work, so hard to read or see.
