Joli chalet récemment rénové, propre et décorée avec goût. Situé sur une rue calme des thats only1 / 4 mile de la jetée (5 minutes à pied) et de nombreux restaurants et bars et autres divertissements. Off street parking, clôturé dans la cour arrière, nouvelle terrasse, planchers de bois franc, laveuse / sécheuse, barbecue à gaz, télévision, wifi haut débit, table de pique-nique. Cuisine bien équipée. Enfants bienvenus, Non fumeur, animaux non admis, accès handicapé.

Beautiful home, perfect location and wonderful owners. The house was clean and well stocked, the fenced in backyard made it absolutely perfect for our two young children. Quiet street but a very short walk to the pier, arcade, amusement park, etc. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage in Old Orchard Beach! The cottage itself had all the amenities and everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was nice and spacious and gave us plenty of room to make meals or play a card game at the large kitchen table for four. Morning coffee on the back deck was a treat too. It was nice that we could be down at The Pier and on the beach after just a short walk. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Sweet Beach Retreat

This adorable cottage has everything one needs for a relaxing get away. The property is well maintained and shows pride of ownership. Plenty of room for family. The bistro set on the upper deck was perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy beverages. The picnic table, fire pit, and grill set up was wonderful for meal time. Short walk to the beach, shops, and eateries.

Un endroit génial à Old Orchard Beach

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Karen et Buddy en juillet 2024. La petite maison est propre, pratique et réconfortante. Tout est près à quelques minutes de marche. La cour arrière est calme et très belle. Karen était très gentille et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous.

OOB Vacation

Thanks for everything, the property was tremendously cared for, with tons of Maine character. Our family enjoyed every minute of the week long stay, it was conveniently located near the beach, food, and rides (7 min walk). It really felt like a home away from home, and I would high recommend Karen & Buddy’s property for anyone staying in OOB. Thanks so much for a memorable vacation. 10 out 10! Delaney Family

Perfect Cottage

Stayed for a week with my sister. We rent a cottage at OOB every summer. This cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds, had everything you need in the kitchen, was a quick walk to the beach, conveniently located to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. We found the beach at the pier was a little busy for us so we went to Ferry Beach for more relaxation. The only thing we can say was missing was a clothesline or drying rack for things we did not put in the dryer. But we brought our own rack so it was perfect. Thank you Karen and Buddy for the wonderful week in your lovely cottage, we enjoyed every minute of it.

Just right for 4-5

Place was very clean. Had a beautiful backyard with plenty of firewood for the pit. Kitchen had everything you need. They even had paper plates and paper towels, along with napkins. Nice and quiet at night and a 5-6 minute walk to the center. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Beautiful cottage within very short walking distance to old Orchard Beach

This is now my 3rd trip to this cottage which is very close to Old Orchard Beach. The cottage is very clean and well-kept, has a well-stocked kitchen, a clean bathroom, two single beds, a full-size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. New England rental homes are often not air conditioned, but this one is and added a much-needed break from those hot and humid days spent at the beach. It's clear by the upkeep of this cottage that the current owners personally care for this rental. As such, we will definitely be back so long as the current owners still own this cottage. Anne B. Perfect stay!

From the very first second we stepped in, we knew this place would be perfect. Karen and Buddy thought of everything imaginable to have inside of their cottage for a vacationing family. Our two little ones loved the house and the backyard too! The two AC units cooled down the whole house during the muggy/hot days we were there. The back deck was perfect to sit back and relax on. We could go on and on. We will rebook for next summer and future summers to come!

Love this place

Had an amazing time! I absolutely love this house it is in a perfect location close enough to the pier but far enough were you don’t hear all the noise. Perfectly fit my family of 5. Definitely will be back next year

OOB home near the beach

Everything was as expected. The house was decorated with beachy colors and had everything you need for vacation, including cleaning supplies, beach chairs etc.. Lovely quiet backyard for dining/ relaxing . Only suggestion would be installing grab bar by claw foot tub, for getting in and out of bath for seniors. Also mattresses in second bedroom could be upgraded. Other than that, very inviting accommodations and perfect for small family/ friends group. We appreciated all the thoughtful details that went into making vacation so enjoyable.

Clean, well-equipped, great location.

We rented this property because of the great location and for the 2 bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which included fun visits from family. My 17 year old niece visited with a friend and they loved the freedom of being able to walk to the beach, shops, and amusement park on their own. The beach has beautiful white sand and water was clean. The amusement park and arcade were well run and the town was clean. I was very impressed with this family friendly town - not very crowded probably due to the pandemic. Buddy and Karen were easily accessible for questions. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. So helpful to have a washer and dryer. Loved the backyard and fire pit. The house is great for 4 people. We found it a little tight for 6 but is doable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family had a great stay at this property. It is well kept and you have everything that you need. The size was perfect for our family and we loved the back yard. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It was close enough for a 5-10 minute walk, but in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were also very responsive. We made great memories here and hope to return in the future.

Adorable cottage

This home was perfect for a week of rest and relaxation for a group of 4 women. The check in process was easy. The owners respond very quick to any questions that I had. This home is very neat and clean which is very important to me. I love how it is decorated. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. It was within walking distance to the beach and the center of OOB. We would spend all day at the beach, come back and have dinner then a fire at night. It was everything we needed!

Lovely cozy cottage

The house is quite small, but very lovely. It has everything you need. The only problem we had was the nearness of other houses. When there was a party across the street you could hear the festivities. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

We had memorable vacations with our 2 kids (Megan & Tommy) taking the Downeaster Train from Exeter NH up to different locations in Maine. Our 1st trip was to OOB and we had such fun!! We feel very lucky to own such a cute little cottage in Maine :)
