Enjoy this newly renovated, spotlessly clean deluxe cottage in the center of OOB. Located on a quiet street, it is only a 10 min walk to the Pier and the beach. Free onsite parking. Walk down the street to a Lobster Pound, restaurants and shops. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. It has 200Mbps+ fast Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs for streaming, comfortable new beds, ACs in every room, fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, picnic table and BBQ. Private entrance and stand alone.

Location was fabulous especially if you want to explore by foot. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. We love to cook at night, so the downfall for us was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked to do that. Also would have loved an information packet about the area! Loved Old Orchard Beach!!!

Clean and convenient

This 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for our 3 day stay.Location was a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk.Would like to come back in the summer.

March vacation

This property was a great place for an off-season vacation. The home was exactly as described, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!

Disappointed

Clothes dryer did not work. Sink had no plug so difficult Washing dishes. Towels were old and smelled poorly. Futons old and very uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. There was no thermostat so could not adjust temperature. Condition and smell of bed linens poor. Parking and location good, check in easy.

We liked it

It was a nice beach house. We slept 6 adults, including one on each of two futons. Within walking distance of the pier. Check in and check out were simple. We would stay again.

Our first family trip in a VRBO

We were quite pleased with our stay in cottage 3! The property is a work in progress. Lots of little things that need attention however, a few were remedied while we were there making our stay safe and comfortable. The host was fabulous with communication and that was so appreciated! The neighborhood was safe and friendly.

We had a very nice stay, cottage was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 7. Only a couple of small complaints, leaving more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would be good and the trash out back was stinky and didn’t get picked up at all while we were there. All in all it was a great stay and we will look to book again in the future!

It was a very nice neighborhood and everything was in walking distance. All the accommodations were great! Except for the dryer was extremely loud so we didn't use it. I will be contacting you in the future to stay again! Thank you and God bless!

Laid back stay

Empty propane tank for shared grill was an inconvenience for planned meals but we got around it. We brought a dog but there was no fenced yard as advertised Down the street is a nice walking path that we used We made it fun to be there There are 3 bungalows on the lot

August 2023 Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house located on a quiet street with wonderful neighbors. The first night we had trouble parking because someone took our spot but a very friendly neighbor said we would park in his driveway as long as we needed but the rest of the week our spot was free. The house was clean and fresh, well stocked with everything that anyone could need, and check-in was a breeze. I cannot say enough nice things about this house. This was our second stay there and I have already booked our next stay. I'm so happy to have found this wonderful home away from home.

Old Orchard Beach rental

There was strong cat urine smell and offensive odor from the plug-ins. There was no lawn area in front to park on as stated by the owner. The living room futons were very uncomfortable to sit on. Property was overpriced for condition and area.

Cottage is cute and I would stay there again. I stayed in the winter (Dec). It was quiet. Place was clean and bed was very comfortable. I was by myself. But would say that if you are staying in the winter months, the second bedroom (which I did not use) is very cold. I would recommend some kind of space heater in there. Overall it was a great stay. I was able to bring my dog, and she enjoyed herself as well! There re is only street parking which was not a problem in the winter, but suspect in the summer it might be more tricky. Very close to beach, amusement park and shops/restaurants.

Moldy, but . . .

I have significant mold allergies and am very sensitive to even small amounts of mold. After 30 minutes in this property I started not feeling well. I stuck it out for the night, since we didn't arrive until late, but called the owner in the morning. He quickly acknowledged my concern and allowed us out of the remainder of the lease. He quickly worked with VRBO to refund us our money for the remainder of the stay we cancelled. The house is as shown on the listing. Other than the smell of mold, it was an very clean space. The bath was nicely tiled. The beds were comfortable and linens seemed new. If one doesn't have a serious mold sensitivity, this place would be fine.

Cozy cottage OOB

There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean.

Perfect Little Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to OOB to finish off our summer. The cottage is a quick walk to the beach and pier. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us to relax and recharge in between swimming, playing mini-gold, and enjoying the amusement park.

Too small and dirty

The listing says 3 rooms for 8 people, but it was 2 small rooms with a queen bed and the living room with 2 old hyda bads that we flimsy and uneven.

New Years Eve Trip

When we arrived the house was very cold but we reset the heat and the house was very comfortable after that. The refrigerator was a little tempermental but never stopped and was fine after that. The house was clean and adorable and on a very quiet street and we all had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to our next stay in August.

Great place and location

I rented the cottage for the weekend to celebrate my fiancés 40th birthday and we took two dogs. The location is perfect. You are less than a 10 Minute walk to the center/beach. You also near the highway, but the street the cottage is on is very quiet. The place is spacious and very clean. We would love to rent again but definitely longer than a weekend!
