Quaint and Beautiful Place to Stay

We are a family of 4 and just stayed for a night and we wished we would've stayed longer. It's a great location with fantastic amenities.

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO Unit C in Oceanside, and it was a fantastic experience. The management team was amazing—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine and snacks, which was a lovely touch.The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. There were so many thoughtful details throughout the space, like makeup cloths, kitchen with all the amenities you need to make a nice meal, and charging cords (throughout the house), that really made our stay feel comfortable and well cared for.We will definitely be back and happily give this place a five-star rating.

Comfy place

The inside of this place is fabulous. Most comfy beds ever. Can tell it’s been recently upgraded. Chargers in every room, upgraded soaps, tiny details that are great. Really well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was also great. You have to walk 3/4mi to get sand beach access, and it was very crowded. The street is also really busy with traffic. If windows were closed you can’t hear it. But when windows are open the traffic overpowers the ocean waves sound. Cleaners and company owners very responsive and helpful!

This property is in an ideal location and the host is super responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are tons of extra towels, blankets, etc. Even laundry detergent pods.View of the ocean from the living room and hot tub. Property is up a flight of stairs and hot tub and deck up another flight after that. Noted caveats: the hot tub is on a timer to turn off between 10pm-7am. This is for the local noise ordinance. Sadly this meant a quiet early morning dip was not feasible for early risers like my husband and I. I wish the timer was just for the jets and not the heat, as I understand the sentiment but it was a bummer.Definitely some sort of animal smell that pervaded the house when the windows were shut. The property manager brought sole deodorizing spray for us which helped, but if you are sensitive to such things its worth mentioning. The bathroom has a motion activated fan that turns on the moment you walk in. Ironically it shuts off after a time even if you are still showering, but this means it turns on any time anyone uses the bathroom at all hours. Still a very lovely property and only minutes walk from the beach, numerous businesses etc. We enjoyed our stay overall!

It’s always our goal to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate you mentioning the areas for improvement as well. The hot tub timer is in place to ensure we comply with the city’s quiet-hours ordinance and our house rules, but I completely understand how that impacted your early-morning routine. While 7 AM works well for most guests, I’m sorry it wasn’t ideal for you and your husband. Regarding the odor you experienced with the windows closed, this is not a typical issue and hasn’t been noted by other guests in our many reviews on both Vrbo and Airbnb. Our team inspected and did not detect any smell, but we still provided deodorizing spray and also offered an optional air-sanitizing treatment (less than an hour) to ensure your comfort (guest choose to decline). We always do our best to address any concerns promptly, and I’m sorry it impacted your stay in any way. As for the bathroom fan, the motion-activated light and fan are part of current city building code for newer remodels, but we will look into whether there are adjustments that can make it more convenient for future guests. We’re so glad you enjoyed your time overall, and we truly appreciate your detailed feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo and will be back many times over for different occasions! The condo was nice and clean with all of the items you will need just as you would need in your own home! Janine was very easy to reach and quick to respond.
