Cette unité de trois chambres et deux salles de bains est située dans un triplex, directement sur la plage! Cette unité est équipée d'une cuisine ouverte, d'un grand salon et d'un patio qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du bâtiment. Les trois chambres sont spacieuses et deux d'entre elles ont une salle de bain privée. Cette unité a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances extraordinaires en bord de mer! Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille.

Un débordement est disponible à notre bureau à Oceanside, situé au 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Il y a beaucoup à faire autour de la zone Oceanside. La plage est littéralement à portée de main. Vous pouvez saisir votre planche de surf ou de bodyboard et affronter les vagues, lancer votre canne à pêche ou tenter de vous équilibrer en ramant sur votre pagaie. Il existe également de nombreux magasins et restaurants locaux autour du port.

October 2016 Stay

My family and I had an awesome 8 day stay in Oceanside!! The unit was clean, modern decor, awesome Ocean views from the living room, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Plenty of bath towels was nice, beach towels and firm but comfy beds. Steps from the water was a plus along with the fire pit on the patio deck. We will diffidently be coming back to this unit!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Beachfront and would rent from them again and again. Being able to walk straight onto the beach was so cool, but we mainly just enjoyed our expansive deck! This specific unit is a little dated, but the beds were comfy, kitchen has mostly everything we needed.

The only thing we struggled with a bit was the upper level and being able to hear everything from above, including little things like people walking. Being on the middle level, we did here people above us. There were some parking issues with the people below us. We had rain and water would come in from the one sliding glass door. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family mini-vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult kids at the beach and had a fabulous time. The unit was clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you need. My only disappointment was that when we arrived early and found the place to be empty and cleaned, we couldn't get in earlier than 4:00pm. I understand that this is the check-in time, but when I've stayed at other VRBO rentals we could always get in early if the unit was ready.

Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay at this rental. The view and property were beautiful and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, had all the necessities for cooking and keeping clean, and incredible view across the entire living area. During low-mid tide, it has direct access to sandy beach which is only found for the few blocks in this area. South of this area is very rocky, north is a cliff. There are rocks at high tide, but we were very capable of walking down to the beach area and play on the beach. It was also nice to be able to watch the kids from the back yard area and be able to see them on the beach. This was a COVID getaway so to be able to have direct access to the beach was a must and was perfect. Neighborhood is nice for walks and running and our dog loved the park down the street.

Thanksgiving 2016

Reviewer Comments: This Review applies to all 3 units (P5131-1, P5131-2 and P5131-3) that we rented from Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals during the week of Thanksgiving, 2016. All 3 units were clean, well-organized and adequately stocked. Outdoor areas/porches were neatly arranged and fully functional. The 5 (five) parking spaces that were provided for our vehicles was more than adequate. Location on the beachfront provided a semi-private area for our family of 13. This rental facility was an excellent venue for our children and grandchildren. I just received this unsolicited comment from my daughter/son-in-law, who have 2 children and are expecting their 3rd: “I feel like that entire week went by SO fast and I can't believe we're back to work today-- I miss the beach house and the waves so much!!! ???????? ”

Disappointed, photos didn't show the true reality

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet was soiled and there was a big hole, there was mold in the bathroom, bedroom cabinet was broken, power went out in part of the apartment, TV was super tiny and we couldn't see the screen from the sofa, gate was broken and so on. I felt ripped off for what I paid and tried to work with the management and they said they would call me to work out something (I was hoping to receive partial refund, get into another place, or a credit of some sort). But they never called. It is too bad because we have used them several times in the last year but now we don't trust them so we will take our business elsewhere.

May 2017 Stay

Our first two nights at the Unit were great. Friday night we got a upstairs neighbor that played loud music. We let it slide that night, but they decided to throw a party on Saturday and we have been listening to loud music all day. I emailed beachfront at 7:30 at night and they responded. I called back at 9 PM and the maintenance guy told me he did a drive by and didn't hear any noise. It is now 10 PM and we are still listening to their music. I guess it would be hard to hear with the waves crashing outside with a drive by. The unit is nice and well stocked, but I expected a better response when it comes to noise disturbance. The walls are paper thin. I gave it two 3 stars for the way they took care of the issues. May not stay here again for that reason. No beach at high tide. Wasn't an issue for us since it was too cool to go in the ocean anyway.

A disappointment for the money

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Picture very deceptive, gives the impression there is a walkable, rock free, easily accessible beach right out the door. Not. Crudely poured concrete steps from common area to beach, not easy and once at the bottom, LOTS of unstable rocks washed up by the ocean to maneuver before reaching a small beach. Ocean waves almost to the barrier rocks most of the day. Again, not something an older person wants to try to navigate thru those rocks. Lots of steps from the parking lot to the unit, approx 16, I think, then even more from unit to the common area, around 18-20, then more to the beach. If you have any kind of knee or leg problems, this is not the property for you. There was a large hole in the carpet, the toaster didn't work, no cabinet storage space, storing supplies on the very small counter area, fridge smelled of spoiled fish, no information/instruction manual in the unit nor one provided. Walkable, rock free beach quite a walk and drive. Full sized washer/dryer, dryer on top, almost unable to reach the dial, totally unable to read the dryer selection. Could not get the heat thermostat to work. Entrance code didn't work properly upon arrival, requiring a person from maintenance. Very disappointed in this trip. However, a very nice view from the deck and the young man who came twice to assist was excellent, informed and personable.

Family Get-Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is very nice. Right on the beach, very spacious balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and a washer and dryer in the unit which we weren't expecting, but absolutely loved having that convenience. Our first two nights were beautiful and quiet, but then we had a upstairs neighbor move in that was everything but. They had loud music blaring until 10 PM. The second day they decided to have a party with lots of people upstairs which is against policy. And it would have been ok if the music wouldn't have been so loud. I called at 7:30 PM to ask if they could ask the tenant to turn down the music. Mind you we have now been listening to it for hours. She said she would send someone to check on it. I called back at 9:30 PM since nothing changed and the maintenance guy told me that he drove and didn't hear anything. Maybe he should have come into our apartment to check on the noise level, because I am sure that with the ocean waves crashing and him being outside the house on the street in a car probably wasn't a good way to judge it. The had a big sign by the door saying "The party is here". I wasn't too happy about the response and might try an alone standing house next time. The property only had two minor issues. The sink in the first bathroom wouldn't drain well at all and the bench in the dining room was broken. We were able to work around it though. The location is great. It is close to all amenities. Maybe it would be great if they could actually enforce their own policy.

Nice property, but with several hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to love this property, but the reality is that it is getting old. We arrive at the property at around 830pm and unfortunately had two major issues. First and foremost is that the heat didn't work -- not only did it not even work, but the thermostat to set the heat didn't have batteries (and likely hadn't been used in some time). You wonder if people rent the property much during the winter? The outside temp hit a low of 40 degrees so of course we were freezing through the night. They had an emergency hotline for "after hours" calls, but it's pretty useless since they don't actually have any maintenance people to deploy after hours. They did have a couple space heaters available for use, but plugging those tripped the circuit breakers several times. The second issue was there was a pan-sized water bubble forming on our ceiling! There was a slow drip coming from the water bubble, that probably came when our upstairs neighbor showered. With that being said, the maintenance person did arrive the next morning and addressed all the issues while we were out -- the place had heat and the leak was patched when we returned. So we were able to enjoy the property the rest of our short trip, but can't justify a good review when it was such a poor introduction to our stay. All-in-all, these rentals are a bit weathered. They are in a great location with gorgeous views and access to the water. It's unfortunate that ours did not get an inspection prior to our stay on such basic amenities. I hope the management company takes this review to heart because if this type of oversight continues, they will surely start losing guests.

Disappointed

The view was the only good experience about our stay. The house was not cleaned including the patio furniture. The fridge was broken, they delivered dry ice to keep it cold overnight. Next morning, I was told someone would be getting in touch with me about the fridge. Late morning Peter showed up at the door, no call or warning before we had just sat down to breakfast. After being the 2nd person to come determine the fridge wasn't working we agreed on a plan of just dry ice so we wouldn't be disturbed. He leaves and again with no warning someone shows up to work on the fridge. He takes all our food out of the freezer which was working, puts it in the sink spends 2 hours. I get a text from Peter telling me someone is coming to work on the fridge, after said person was already there! The guy says its fixed, but his boss is telling him he needs to replace the whole fridge. We put all our food back. We leave with the understanding that he is going to replace the fridge. I get a text from Peter saying the same. We get back and the fridge hasn't been replaced. I text Peter because our food is now going bad, because the fridge wasn't fixed. He responds his workers told him they were on site and we refused them entry?! I don't know who refused them entry, we were gone. The gate was still propped open, for a delivery like when we left. They delivered dry ice again. We lost food and were inconvenienced through the weekend. I have tried for 2 weeks now with Peter at every turn blowing me off, I sent a very detailed email through their main website which no one has responded to for over a week, even though they say turn around time is 24 hrs. This company had the worst customer service and they aren't interested in making things right.

Crazy weekend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before we got to the rental, we were told that there was a leak in the rough from the rain. They said they would move us the next night but we had to stay in this unit because they didn’t have any other unit available that first night. We got to the place and saw multiple leaks and the heat did not work. I told the guy the heat did not work but no one ever came out. The next day they started to send units we could move to to us but the first one didn’t sleep enough. The next one was nice and an upgrade but it didn’t have a fireplace and it was still very cold, I asked them if the heat worked in this place because it was freezing all night and the fireplace was the only help in the last unit. They said yes and that they would get us in as soon as they finish cleaning. After 2 pm I emailed and asked if she was going to email when it was ready or call? We had no clue or reference of time when it would be done and ended up just waiting around in the cool unit. She responded, “Lol....they just finished up you can head over.” I wasn’t laughing so I’m not sure if I was being laugh at or what. We got to the new place and it was nice, no leaks and it slept all of us. We turned the heat on because it was still rainy and cold. After a couple of hours the place was still not even warm and no fireplace this time. They had space heaters in each room and we set those up so the night wasn’t cold. Some of them blew the wall circuit, so only some worked. We called about the heat and this time someone did come out to look at it. He worked on it for quite some time and said it is a bigger fix that he can’t do. He came back about a half hour later with a big space heater for the main room. We went to plug it in and it took out all the power in the main room and kitchen. We looked for the fuse box for an hour while I called to find out where it was. My daughter finally found it behind a bedroom door behind the a picture. Minu

Its all about the beach access and the view

The balcony and beach access was great. Having the doors open and just enjoying the weather and sound of the waves made this property. The actual unit could use some added upkeep and expanded amenities for the price that is being charged. There is only one TV and it is very small, the rooms did not have TVs. The carpet was dingy and had holes. Im also not sure I loved the area. Within our first 5 minutes there, someone used their finger and spit and wrote on our car window. And then someone staying in an adjoining unit told us their friend's car got broken into and to keep an eye on our car. These issues caused us to lose some sleep during our stay. The window lock in the kitchen was broken off, so we had to leave our belongings unsecured while we were out, which was also unnerving. However, the management company was helpful and easy to work with. Overall, there were pros and cons to the property, but again, the beach access/views were quite lovely and certainly our favorite part of our stay.
