Newly refurbished May 2024, Villas on the Gulf, offers everything you need to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway. The unit is conveniently located in the middle of the complex and overlooks the pool and clubhouse area from its balcony. Each day you can choose to stay inside, enjoy a balcony view of the pool or step to the beach (less than 50 yards walk through the Villas property) or to the trolley stop conveniently located at the property entrance.

The unit is a fresh and beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo which sleeps up to 4 people, using the bunk beds located off the main common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool, club house and lagoon. The in-unit wireless internet assures all your guests can remain in contact with others as desired. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and flat screen TV. There is one full bath. A laundry facility is on-site in the complex, one building over.

The unit is on the lower level with open air parking for your vehicle. The lagoon is adjacent the building and is home to several ducks, occasional swans, turtles and other water loving birds. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the ducks from the gazebo.

Guests are encouraged to make each day their own masterpiece and come visit one of the best unspoiled beaches in the USA!

The unit is a great place for families, friends, snowbirds, or a romantic getaway. Pets are NOT allowed in the unit. This is a SMOKE FREE rental unit, has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for the tenant and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

List of amenities says washer and dryer. Please note that it is a laundry facility which is at the end of the description. A DIRTY laundry facility under one of the buildings exposed to the elements. No clean area to place your belongings while washing. No coin machine and it is 2 per wash and dry each. I had friends staying in other units and they all had washer and dryer. Otherwise the stay was nice. The place is clean and a nice short walk to get to the beach.

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo near the beach in Pensacola! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and towels.The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and soft white sand. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings and ending our evenings listening to the waves.The condo complex was quiet and well-maintained, with easy parking and great amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and they made sure we felt right at home.This was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

First Visit to Pensacola.

We enjoyed our stay. Love the area and the beach was beautiful. Loved all the restaurants to choose from. We would stay in Pensacola again for sure. Very short walk to the beach which was really nice. Condo was very clean and loved the access to get in the condo. The only thing I can really comment I can make is I didn’t read the entire information about condo. I didn’t realize it didn’t have a washer and dryer in the room. For some reason the shower the last 2 days didn’t get very hot but still warm enough to take a shower but might want to have that looked at. There was hot water everywhere else. The people upstairs was doing some remodeling or some type of work there was a lot of hammering and loud noises. When they walked it was pretty loud. You could use a light outside the door because we couldn’t see when coming in at night. Like I said i would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for a few minor things. Nothing major! We had a great stay and a great time. We never felt or spoke to the property manager is why I didn’t give a grade that question. Thank you, Angela
