We enjoyed a relaxing stay! The room was clean, location was perfect both within the resort (ocean views and great location to get to the pool, beach & restaurants) and on the island (easily accessible and centrally located). If we come back to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the pool and beach. Weather was perfect. Room clean and convenient to elevators. Mid week cleaning service was a bonus too. We will be back again soon!

Paradise Found

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room has wonderful views and we felt it was a great location to enjoy Kaua’i. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay in Lihue

Very convenient to excursions to the north and south end of the island plus close to the airport. Multiple pools and two hot tubs. Saw a lovely sunrise every morning. Excellent location for couples and families.

Gorgeous views and super convenient location!

We loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was unreal. The location made everything super easy: close to great restaurants and bars, and being just minutes from the airport was a huge plus after a long travel day. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days in paradise. Would totally stay here again!

Great room and resort

The room was clean & comfortable, exactly as shown. The property was beautiful and well maintained, the staff was excellent as well. I liked this location as it was easy to get down to Poipu or up to Hanalei. Very close to Kapaa and to other shopping as well.

Great Hawaiian resort

Beautiful resort that has everything. Right on the beach and rooms with great views. Employees all seem to be happy and always greet you with aloha. That says a lot!

We loved the amenities, from the 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis, to the outdoor bar and inside HH with live music! The view from our room was breathtaking and very comfortable for relaxation.The resort staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We would book another week long stay.

Exactly looks the way it's pictured on the website

Such a great deal for such a great location and resort. Multiple swimming pools, restaurants within the resort. We will definitely be coming back and looking for this VRBO room! Communication with property was always very prompt and very accommodating. We had a great view of the pool area. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful resort in central location

Lovely resort with a central location for touring the island. Pool area with 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Beach is perfect for sunrise as well as watching the waves and crabs - not so much for swimming. Shutters Lounge has live music and a tasty mai tai. If you are looking for a resort stay with a hotel room feel, this is a good fit.

Fantastic experience

Room is nice, and the resort itself is fantastic. It’s a great place to relax when you get tired of driving around, with some great food/beverage options. We had an outstanding meal there on our last night in Kauai. Host was extremely helpful and friendly, with excellent and timely communication. Highly recommended.

Relaxing

Property is beautiful, just like in the pics. We really enjoyed the real ocean beach, waves, crab scurring around. High & low tides were great to experience. I would recommend this to all my friends.

fun trip

Great location. pretty grounds. Resturant options great. Only downfall is that too many people go down to pool 6am and place there towels and dont show up till 10-11am. So you couldnt sit by pool.

1st time at Kauai

Highly recommend the property & Rick's unit. Photos & description are very accurate. Only complaint was the $50 sign in fee @ the desk above the cleaning chrgs but that's a resort. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

Hi Chuck, Thanks for taking the time to post a review. The $50 resort fee and the $16.95 per day parking fee charged by Kauai Beach Resort is an ongoing source of frustration for my guests, but which I unfortunately have no control over. I do try to make it very clear in the listing that these are fees that are pad directly to the resort so there are no surprises. Even so, booking direct through VRBO gets you a far better rate than booking through retail channels or directly from the resort. I hope you consider staying with us again on your next trip to Kauai. The room was great. Your ads should say where we were staying. I had to search for the name and address. Also make it clear that it was a room in the resort. That wasn't clear. We loved our stay.
