Bear Paw Trail is a pet-friendly condo in Sports Village, so you can bring your furry friends along! Bear Paw Trail has everything you need for a weekend getaway. From the balcony off the master, you can see the sports court at the clubhouse - so the pool, hot tubs, and recreation are a very short walk from the unit. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people!

Bear Paw Trail is located just down the road (about 2 minutes) from some of St. George's best hiking and biking trails! Bear Claw Poppy is one of these trails, it's the perfect mountain biking trail for all! If you're a beginner or an expert! This trail has many veins ranging in all difficulties, so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the ride. Bear Paw Trail is in a prime location, with close access to the freeway and to many restaurants, stores, and shops.

Bear Paw Trail is located in Sports Village, which has plenty of amenities that everyone will love! From the outdoor swimming pool and spa to the pickleball courts and gym there is something for everyone. You won't want to miss the chance to stay at this beautiful condo.

Things to be aware of this property:
1. The master bedroom is small. The king size bed takes up most of the space. The room is cozy, but not spacious.
2. This property does NOT have an ice machine. It has ice trays. If you need more ice, you can bring in a bag of ice.
4. The AC is old and may take a while to cool down. During the hottest parts of the summer, it may not hold the temperature as well as you'd like.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

NOTE: All occupancies are subject to owner approval.
NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowner's association insurance coverage have required the removal of private grills. Community grills are available for use at the clubhouse.

Master: King - Sleeps 1-2. Has a direct bathroom, but not private.

Guest Room - Queen/Queen Bunk Sleeps 1-4

Hide-a-bed in great room: Queen - Sleeps 1-2

There are about 10 steps from the street level to the door of this unit. Once in the unit, there are no stairs.
