**Suntide III started improvement work on September 17, 2025, and the project is scheduled to take 150 days through February 13, 2026. Factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve:
Balcony Patio Renovation for all units ending in 03, 04, and 05.

North and South elevator shafts.
North elevator will be out of service from October 27 through November 23, the south elevator will be operational and available for the public.
South elevator will be out of service from December 8 through January 4, 2026, the north elevator will be operational and available for the public.

A/C unit condenser storages spalling and waterproofing work. The planned work will require the movement of the exterior air conditioner units, affecting the AC service availability in units ending in 01 & 02, and 9 & 10, as indicated below:

North Side. Stacks 1 & 2
Floors 2nd to 5th. October 27 through November 9, 2025
Floors 6th to 9th . November 10 through November 23, 2025
Floors 10th to 12th, November 27 through December 7, 2025

South Side. Stacks 9 & 10
Floors 2nd to 5th. December 22 through January 4, 2026
Floors 6th to 9th . January 5 through January 18, 2026
Floors 10th to 12th, January 19 through February 1, 2026

Staircase & Elevator Access
One of the staircases will always be accessible and one elevator will remain in operation during the renovation period, as follows:

The north staircase will be available for the public during the work on the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.
The south staircase will be available for the public during the work on the north elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work.

Emergency exit signs and evacuation routes will be posted during the renovation period; the outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will remain open and accessible. Adjustments to access points are expected, along with scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project.

Beachfront Condo

Great time! Condo is clean and has kitchen cookware, linens, and some beach stuff (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella). You'll need to bring beach/pool towels. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed

The view from the patio is amazing. The condo is nice. Management help with any issues we had. The worst part of staying here is complaining The checklist of what is in works and doesn’t work all the dings on the doors the ceiling that took took 30 to 45 minutes.

Best place to stay in South Padre!

This was by far my favorite place I’ve stayed in South Padre yet. The condo itself was very homey, clean, well lit, and had beautiful decor. The beds were really comfortable as well! The master bedroom has big beautiful windows with ocean view, what a way to wake up! The amenities that came with the place were a wonderful way to enjoy some activities outside of the beach. The beach is walking distance along with town life (grocery store, restaurants, drinks, etc.). I will be staying here when I visit south padre from now on đŸ€—

Great spot with an ocean view and access to everything!

Amazing vacation spot with great amenities, amazing view of the ocean and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. Beach access right on property, 2 pools and couple blocks away from the main strip for your choice of food spots and nightlife! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and would definitely stay at this spot again!

Clean and Cozy

I recently stayed here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. One of the highlights was the fantastic value for the price. It's rare to find such a well-kept place at such a reasonable rate in South Padre Island. The location is also perfect, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay on the island. Definitely would stay here again.
