This location is a WINNER! You & your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. No car needed as you will be within walking distance of some great restaurants like The Meatball Cafe, Pizzeria Express by Gabriellaâs, The COCO Beach Cafe to name a few.
A quick 1 minute walk to beach access, or walk 4 minutes to the Entertainment District where there's multiple bar and grills including Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunset and
Laguna Bobs. Expand your experience with local food trucks, shops and a theme park where you can ride go-karts, play mini- golf and more. Additionally, the entertainment district features "The Lawn" where you can catch breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Laguna Madre and the weekly Fireworks over the Bay every weekend from Memorial to Labor Day!
When youâre not exploring SPI, come back to our quaint condo to relax by the pool. đ Additionally, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room set up with a queen sofa bed for the extra sleepers! Loved the location! Short walk to many restaurants, shops, and beach! Great a/c! Quiet location! Cozy beds! Stormy weather one day so had a pleasurable time watching movies in the comfy living room! Nice clean kitchen! Definitely would stay here again!

The place was great, just be aware of potentially noisy neighbors. Adults with families partying till 430am with pretty thin windows that allowed for every word to get inside.Probably just unlucky timing with others staying there.

Spring break getaway
Great location the kids really loved all there was to do in the area!! Everything was in walking distance which made the stay even better! Will definitely be visiting again

Pictures showed beautiful property. It is actually much older and less clean than pictured. No mention was made of lack of elevators, we hauled luggage, etc up two flights of stairs. On the beach is very deceiving. The walk is more like 10 minutes or more if you bring children and beach gear. Eight bath towels for three people for five days is inadequate. Bought our own toilet paper. No Kleenex. No hand soap available. One package of dishwasher soap for five days is also inadequate. No condiments whatsoever. Balcony overlooks another building. No light bulb on balcony.

As for the elevator, one was not mentioned because one is not present so that would be misleading to guest and all information that is offered is highlighted in the condo description to prevent any confusion during guestâs stay.
As for the location to the beach, that too is as advertised so we are a little confused as to why that was mentioned. We thank you for the opportunity to host you and your family and we understand that we did not meet your needs.

Great beach spot!
We had a wonderful weekend in this condo, it was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beach is a short walk, along with restaurants and entertainment. Would highly recommend!

great stay
The condo was as described. Easy walk to beach or the Bay.....Easy to get to dining places too. I do wish the master shower was a little warmer, but I would definitely book it again
