Welcome to HilltopâŻHaven, a scenic getaway at WanderinââŻStarâŻFarms. Amazing Modern Farmhouse is located on a scenic ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas. The house sleeps up to 8 guests on 5 beds, has a full kitchen, cowboy pool, hot tub, arcade, outdoor fire pit, and plenty of space to relax.
The homeâs open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area invites your guests to gather and enjoy each otherâs company. Large windows offer a peak into the amazing Hill Country Views. The Screened porch has ample seating and a Weber propane grill. Relaxing fire-pit area and amazing views outside of porch await.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms have queen sized beds. One is on the main floor and the other is in a small loft area above. They both share a full bathroom which is adjacent to the guest bedroom that is on the main floor. The loft area above the master bedroom has is a fun play room with one bunk bed with twin sized mattresses, and a balcony with the best view in town!
Kitchen has reverse osmosis filtered water (small faucet & water in fridge), full size refrigerator and freezer, stove/oven, microwave, popular cooking vessels and utensils, front loading all in one washer and dryer, Keurig coffee brewer and coffee pods plus all the coffee fixins - french press and water kettle if you happen to bring some coffee to press, and a tea pot + assortment of teas.
** No early check-ins. Our team needs all the time we can get between stays to clean and prepare the space. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY **
Please be aware that our property is dog friendly. While dog owners agree to leash rules, guests should always ask the dogâs human for permission to pet or interact.
Friendly dogs are welcome, fee is $50 per dog for up to one week. Owners of dogs acknowledge that their dog is well behaved & well socialized. Dogs must stay on leash when outside (we have chickens and geese roaming around) and be crated when left alone in the cabin. Please keep pups off of the beds and furniture. Excessive animal impact on the cabin beyond light animal hair will be assessed additional cleaning fees of $50+.

Wanderin` Star Farms is located on Silver Creek Rd, between Dripping Springs and Bee Cave, TX, and has a gated entry. We share the road with Solaro Estate Winery and Prospect House wedding venue. Right around the corner on Fitzhugh to the west is Treaty Oak Distillery with Alice`s Restaurant, Abby Jane`s bakery and coffee shop, and Barton Springs Mill - all on the same property.
At the corner of RR12 & Fitzhugh there`s a little center with Route 12 Filling Station which is awesome for lunch and dinner, and has a splash pad for kids. Next to Route 12 is One Shot Distillery and Dripping Wings food trailer - both great!
Down Fitzhugh to the east a half mile or so is Fitzhugh Brewing and Kitchen - fantastic beers and amazing chef curated menu. Further east on Fitzhugh Jester King Brewery and Kitchen, and several others. Such a fun area, all places are family friendly! Check out #fitzhughdistrict online on to see pics of our area!
Walking or biking on the roads beyond our little Silver Creek Rd can be tedious and dangerous, so we discourage it because the roads are very narrow and winding. We have the contact information for several local Uber/Lyft drivers with whom you can to pre-schedule rides, happy to pass on their contact!
*This house is towards the back of the property and secluded from the main area of the farm. Please stay within direct areas surrounding the house and please don`t venture down the hill to owners house or remaining acreage in back. If you want to explore you can park at pavilion area towards front and explore the main 10 acres of farm.
*The smaller faucet at the kitchen sink is R/O filtered water, great for drinking and cooking.
*Please use vent fan in bathroom during and after showers.

* The house, porches, and entire property are NON-SMOKING areas. $100+ charged back if any evidence of smoking is found.
* Only lodging guests are allowed on the property at any given time.
*Quiet hours begin at 9pm, please keep things quieter after this time, especially when on the porch or outside the house.
*Please be aware that our property is dog friendly. While dog owners agree to leash rules, guests should always ask the dogâs human for permission to pet or interact.
*Friendly and well trained dogs are welcome, pet fee is $50 per dog for up to 7 days (fee applies again per week after 7 days). 2 Dog maximum, please let us know if you have a second pup and we`ll send a request for the other $50.
*Owners of dogs acknowledge that their dog is well behaved & well socialized. Dogs MUST STAY ON LEASH when outside and be crated when left alone in the cabin. Please keep pups off of the beds and furniture.

* Feel free to explore around the farm, pavilion, kids area, swings, animals and the `loop` road!

*We love kiddos! but please watch them on the stairs. Kids need an adult with them if they are venturing away from the immediate area around the house.
* Please clean all dishes at check out and place any trash in receptacles.
