Wonderful basement flat on a quiet street that’s super close to transportation (underground, buses and trains), theaters, dining and top tourist attractions. It was the perfect size for my daughter and I, but would work well for a family of 4. Kitchen and washer/dryer were super convenient!

My husband and I spent a week at Paula's place and would highly recommend it. The check in was smooth thanks to Paula’s helpful instructions. The apartment was very quiet and well-stocked with everything you could need and lots of thoughtful touches like local guidebooks. It’s walkable to several major attractions and close to restaurants, shops and public transportation. The private garden is charming. Paula was quick to respond to questions. The airport transportation was also a very nice touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in London.

The access to the gardens were so peaceful and wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed them. Location was fantastic, host was very responsive. Very walkable to many tourist destinations and great local restaurants.

The place was very welcoming and we enjoyed going to the park.The kitchen had all we needed and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a great stay and we would love to come again.

Great place to stay in an incredible location! Everything was exactly as expected and made a six-night stay in London very enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on a return trip!! Was clean and host has thought of everything and is very responsive.

Paula’s apartment is lovely and she is a fantastic and very responsive host! The location is great and the apartment looks like the photos. This is the best set up rental I have ever seen - there are so many thoughtful touches - from robes & slippers, rain umbrellas, a rolling shopping cart, coffee & tea, snacks, beverages and more - too many to list!!! We were able to leave our luggage before check-in as well as after check out which was most helpful. Having access to the garden was the icing on the cake. We’re already looking at a calendar to see when we can return to this flat that feels like a home away from home.

This lovely apartment was so well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The beds were lovely with nice linens. The area is safe and upscale and there is a beautiful garden for residents across the street with your own fob to get in. That was a bonus !

Perfect location. Near the train station so can travel to markets and attractions around. Walking distance to the palace. Beautiful private park that we spent every evening in playing cards after dinner. There’s also a fox that lives & wanders the park. If you’re internationally traveling make sure someone has full international service so you can communicate with the host upon arrival (I forgot that part lol). Fun drinks and good food would recommend The Alchemist and right next to it for maybe dress up dinner Harry’s, these are walking distance (make reservations couple hours before). Train ride to Spitafield market - soooo many food options and vendors to shop. There’s so much just book it.

We had a wonderful stay- the apartment was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a luxurious and comfortable holiday. The beds were so comfortable, with quality linen, pillows and quilts. The shower was amazing, and the washing machine and dryer were life savers. We enjoyed the fully ducted air conditioning the most- particularly because we stayed in London during a heat wave. It was so nice to return home after a busy day to a beautifully cool apartment. The central location only minutes from Victoria station made visiting all the main sites so easy. We could walk to Buckingham Palace. We really enjoyed our time in the park. We even saw a fox in there one evening. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would love to come again.

This guest points out the convenient location of the apartment. Yes, many major sites, including Buckingham Palace, are within walking distance. Others can be easily reached via the London Underground and bus stations, which are only a 10 minute and 5-minute walk from the apartment, respectively. An added bonus, the apartment is located in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in central London.

This is a well appointed charming flat in a great location. The host was excellent, and provided many thoughtful details to ensure a comfortable stay. The decor is warm and inviting, beds very comfortable, and an upscale kitchen. This was walking distance to cute shopping and restaurants, as well as Victoria Station.

Guests can drop off bags anytime after 10 a.m. and come back at or after 3 p.m. when the apartment is fully cleaned and stocked. Earlier access (before 10 a.m.) may even be available if their are no guests checking out the day of your arrival.

Lovely stay in great location

We loved staying here! The host was fabulous and was very accommodating when we needed to check in early (much appreciated!). The beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens and pillows. Super clean and stylish unit, we appreciated the snacks and coffee supplies. The private park is an added bonus, it’s stunning!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

Quiet, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location to access Victoria Station and Bus Stations, and nice restaurants nearby.Access to the lovely park over the road was a bonus.
