Enjoy the unobstructed views of the Pacific from this upper level unit, perfected with large windows and sliders to take in the breathtaking views from above. The expansive backyard area is just an added bonus! Escape to the backyard to catch an interactive game of mini-golf on custom putting green. Vacations are meant to be memorable- you'll be sure to remember this one.

Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
