The Space:

• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Take in the ocean views while prepping meals. Features white cabinetry, full-size appliances (range, oven, microwave, refrigerator), cookware, utensils, and dinnerware.

• Balcony Access: Sliding doors in the living room open to a private balcony patio equipped with a bistro table set, perfect for enjoying the coastal ocean breeze (please note: ocean views are experienced from inside the living room and kitchen, not from the balcony itself).

Guest Access:

This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.



Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
