Oceanfront fantastique! Paradise Found au Surf and Racquet Club - Rénovation 2019

Vous rêvez d'une villa privée en bord de mer? Cette maison de ville en duplex de deux étages offre des vues spectaculaires imprenables sur l'océan depuis la véranda, la cuisine, la salle à manger / salon, la salle de bain à l'étage et la fenêtre panoramique de la chambre principale. Sans doute le meilleur emplacement du complexe! Détendez-vous sur la pelouse, ombragée de palmiers. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis votre véranda privée et laissez-vous bercer par le bruit des vagues. La maison est magnifiquement mise à jour (rénovation complète en 2019) et meublée dans un motif tropical. Le mobilier du salon comprend un canapé-lit, des armoires de cuisine blanches entièrement équipées avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse. Nouveaux lits et literie dans les deux chambres.

Le Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée située à côté du parcours de golf The Kona Country Club au sud et à distance de marche du centre commercial de Keauhou et du parc de la plage de Kahaluu au nord pour une plongée en apnée fabuleuse.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size. La chambre à flanc de montagne dispose de lits jumeaux sur une tête de lit commune qui peut être transformée en lit king-size ou en lits jumeaux. Veuillez nous indiquer votre préférence.

Des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon, la chambre et la salle de bain sont installés. Des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, du matériel de plongée en apnée, des raquettes de tennis et des articles de pique-nique sont fournis. La véranda a une table en verre, quatre chaises de patio et deux chaises longues.

Very nice. Enjoyed being on the water. Very well equipped, probably the best we have experienced. While it was on the upper end of our price range, the overall value was good.

Great view and amenities

The condo had a beautiful ocean view. We really appreciated all the special touches such as yoga mats, weights, snorkels, beach chairs, tennis rackets and more. Compared to other rentals they had full size shampoo and soap and Saran and baggies. Very nice touches.

Great stay in superb location

The property is situated in a premier location on the water in a quiet, gated community. The Tennis, Pickle ball and ping pong facilities were great. The pool, just across the drive from the unit was well maintained and great. We used the BBQ units in the property frequently and sat on the lounge chairs overlooking the Pacific Ocean while eating or just decompressing. Very good choice for a relaxing stay.

Supreme location with easy access to amenities

The location is hard to beat as the private Lanai is overlooking the shoreline, with waves splashing against the rocks and a stunning sunset every evening. The community also provides easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. The unit features a modern, beachy design, with all the amenities to make the stay easy and effortless. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating of the special requests that we had. All in all, a great experience!

Just what we needed!

This home was situated perfectly for our family vacation. Sleeping to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the lanai each night made it so relaxing. The home is well kept, well stocked, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The complex is quiet and welcoming.

Beautiful Sunset

For our first trip the to Big Island, we had an amazing and relaxing time. Thank you to Jenny, Peter and John for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Location was great, right on the waters, short walk to the beach, 15 minutes for the downtown area and amazing sunsets every day. Only annoyance were the ants that kept visiting, but nothing we couldn't deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful ocean view condo!

We had to change our plans from Maui to Kona and were lucky to find this great two story condo with an amazing ocean view. We loved having coffee every morning seeing the canoes and kayaks go by and watching the sun set at night from the back patio! Unobstructed ocean view! Communication with the owners was nice and easy and the condo was well stocked with anything we needed, including beach chairs and snorkel gear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great First Trip to Big Island

We will missed the sounds of the Pacific while we sleep. As other reviews note great location in complex and on the island. You do have to live without AC but not really an issue as long as you have the windows open and the fans going. Unit has everything you need for a great time with the family.

The property is perfectly located in a stunning water front community. It is a safe and quiet community but close enough to anything you want to have access to. The place is beautiful and cozy and well renovated! We LOVED being waterfront and got so used to listening to the waves rolling in. Absolutely perfect for sunsets. Gorgeous location with very responsive hosts! Within walking distance of the best snorkeling on Big Island. Short drive to great local shops and restaurants ( don’t miss Scandinavian shave ice!) All the beach gear you could possibly need is already at your unit! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. No one wanted to leave! We are absolutely planning a return visit next year! Mahalo!

Dreamy and Relaxing

Staying in a condo with ocean frontage is always our goal and this one was amazing!! Huge surf several nights made it just perfect and beautiful!! Great pool great location. Met very nice people. Stocked kitchen. No AC so pretty toasty at no night time but with all the fans were able to cool it down and even had to throw on a blanket most nights. Nice grassy backyard for happy hour and amazing sunsets!

A Perfect Week on Kona

If you want, as we did, a quiet getaway with immediate proximity to the sight and sounds of the Kona waves, this is your place. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-appointed. We slept better than we have in months. It is far enough south of the snarl of Kailua traffic but near enough that everything is accessible. The TV and appliances all worked easily, contrary to what happens sometimes. We may well be back.

Lucky to have been the second guests at this property after some heavy renovations following a big storm Summer ‘22. Very well appointed townhome with supplies for all your needs. Best location in the property grounds on the water; lanai was oft used morning hours and at sunset. Beds on the firmer side (personal preference) but comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to nearby (non swimming) beach and tidepooling which was lovely. Grocery store and a few casual restaurants a very short drive. Great choice overall.

Our family has owned this beautiful home since the 1980's. All of our married children spent fabulous honeymoons in #188. We very much enjoy escaping there to continue the memories and relax in its beauty and comfort. The property is managed by the owners who frequently visit to ensure it feels like home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The weather and beauty of the Kona Coast on the Big Island with all its diversity on ocean and land is spectacular. #188 in the Surf and Raquet Club is best located, and the amenities of the Club outstanding. The pool and tennis courts are only 100 feet away. Small private black sand beach is about 400 feet away. The popular snorkeling spot at Kahalu'u Beach Park is an 8 minute walk.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy the ocean right in front of #188. I enjoy seeing, hearing, smelling, and feeling it. I love the whales, canoes, and sunsets. I take the short walk to excellent snorkeling to see colorful tropical fish and sea turtles. I also walk to the nearby shopping center and movie theater and from there have taken the trolley, or biked, to Kailua. One of my favorite walks is to the bay with kayaking and charter boat scuba, snorkeling, and fishing adventures and circling back to the Surf and Racquet Club to relax by the pool.
