The condo was just as described. Cozy yet not crowded. Only downfall is that it would have been nice to have an A/C. There were plenty of fans to keep it tolerable though.

This property is TOO HOT to be rented in July. Yes, the last sentence in the description did say no air conditioning. Be aware that on this side of the island at this location there IS NO BREEZE to cool the place down. The fans were helpful to sleep, but it was still warm in the unit. Our granddaughter had to sleep downstairs because the loft was too hot for sleeping. The unit was clean with a well apportioned kitchen. The ground were lovely and the management company very responsive to our concerns. But the temperature in the condo would make it a “no go” to return to.

We’re sorry the temperatures during your July stay were uncomfortable. As noted in the listing prior to booking, this property does not have air conditioning and instead relies on ceiling and portable fans for cooling. July is one of the warmer times of year in Hawaiʻi, and unfortunately temperatures, humidity, and tradewind conditions can vary considerably from day to day and are outside of our control. The loft, in particular, can naturally be warmer as heat rises. We completely understand that air conditioning may be an important consideration for some travelers, which is why we make its absence clear in the property description so guests can select accommodations that best fit their needs. We appreciate your stay and your positive comments about the cleanliness, kitchen, grounds, and our team, and we thank you for sharing your experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the choice of spaces in which to relax, including the pool and the spacious deck. The master suite bed was very firm and other beds were more soft. Plenty of extra linens, pillows and fans for guest use were welcome additions. This space was great for a multigenerational family.

The exhaust fan was acting a little funny but they addressed that fast! Next time we will get Air conditioning though. We are not use to the humidity! But the club is awesome and has everything you need and more! Great beach access, tennis, pickleball, pool and more! Highly recommend!!

Everything with us described. Beautiful location, many amenities, private walkway to the beach. The property manager was very helpful. Checked in on us before during and after our stay very accommodating, this was absolutely a memorable stay.

Great stay

Clean, updated, the kitchen had everything we needed. It got hotter than expected, they have fans which helped and it cooled off a lot at night. Great landing spot.

First Time to the Big Island

This was a perfect first 3 nights on the island. Played golf on the adjacent course and snorkeled at Two Step Beach! Condo was perfect for our family of four adults.

They had everything we needed; beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and tennis rackets. Lots of room for our family of 5 and a beautiful view off the balcony.

Great location to explore

The accommodation was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious. It was great to have the shopping centre so close and peaberry cafe for morning crepes. The only thing we wished was there was a clothes airer to hang out the beach towels and swimming costumes on the balcony. Great stay.

Perfect place for short visit to Kona

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults, so much room. The pool was fantastic! Good location close to the marina for our night snorkel with the Manta Rays and there was good snorkeling in the park just down the road. The condo had snorkeling gear and chairs to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a getaway

The condo was beautiful and management team had great communication. There isn’t any AC as noted in the rental but plenty of fans are provided to keep the breeze going.
