Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “High Tide”… a cozy 5 bedroom 4 bath vacation home with an awesome outdoor lounge area! This ranch style home sleeps up to 11. It is located in the heart of Siesta Key and is just minutes from world famous Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village.

“High Tide” is less than 500 yards to secluded Shell Beach! When you don’t have your toes buried in the fine white sand sun bathing with friends and family, relax on the large private pool patio. Plenty of room for everyone to relax under the lush tropical palm landscape or take a swim into the heated pool and spa. Kick back in the evenings around the propane fire-pit and enjoy cooking on the grill. This home features 3 master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both of which have direct access to outdoor patio. A fourth bedroom has a private outdoor sitting area accessed through a sliding glass door. All bedrooms (except bunk bed room) are fitted with large smart TVs. Have fun cooking and eating in the updated kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee brewed from either of the 2 provided coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig or keg cups). Enjoy your coffee and breakfast sitting at the outdoor dining table while you admire the morning sun shine through the Florida palm trees. Your paradise is closer than you think, we look forward to having you as a guest.

“High Tide” can accommodate up to 10 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from November 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool.
This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 4 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º

Excellent gathering place

Open concept living area, kitchen and dining made entertaining so much fun! Add the outside space with pool, hot tub, fire pit, grilling and dining area and you won’t want to leave!

Perfect property for an escape from the snow.

We had a group of 7 adults stay for a week at the property and it was nothing short of excellent. Very impressed with the newly renovated home. House was very well stocked had everything we needed and more.

Perfect for large family

Our stay couldn’t have been better! We all were very comfortable in our rooms; the wide open space of the living room, kitchen and dining room overlooking the 3 sliding glass doors overlooking the swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grill & bar were fantastic. We were within a short driving distance to Siesta Key Beach which is absolutely beautiful and close to dining and shopping areas. Our family would definitely love to return for another vacation. The property was wonderful and as described. Communication was great with the property managers. Some weather came during our stay and the Managers checked in with us. We had a great stay.

Easy access to all Sarasota

We were there for Ringling graduation week, and were able to enjoy fantastic food in the area, and explore 4 of the beaches. The pool/hot tub were great to come back to each evening. The house was quite comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need.

Great property and accommodations. Pool and hottub were the hotspots for the adult kids. For large groups cooking was a little difficult due to minimal supplies.

Family Beach Trip

This house is fantastic! The size of the bedrooms and number of bathrooms make it very comfortable for a large group. Owners were very accommodating. Shell Beach was a disappointment, we ended up driving into town each day to enjoy the beaches.

Great family house.

This house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space and we loved the outdoor patio, hot tub & pool. The house is close to everything. I would only suggest that the fan in the bunk bed room be moved to a different spot.

Amazing property

Property was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is very well kept. Location is perfect only a bike ride or 3 minute drive to the village. Pool and hot tub are both great. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home conveniently located to the siesta beaches and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The fire pit is an awesome plus. We had a few maintenance issues with it being newly renovated, but everything was fixed in a timely manner. Overall very relaxing.

Wonderful Property!

This property is very accommodating for a large family or group. We loved that everyone had their own beds to sleep in and bathrooms. The house was clean and looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio area and pool were wonderful as was the location. Trey (Property Manager) was very responsive. We loved this area of FL and will definitely stay at this property again.

Secluded paradise but close to all the action

We loved everything about this house! Amazing layout inside with plenty of room for two families to spread out yet connect in the living space and large kitchen. What was truly unforgettable was the outdoor patio/pool/spa/fireplace area. The perfect combination of sun and shade. Biked to town often making it very convenient. Loved the house!

Nice home- easy to get to places but a bit noisy. Mgr was attentive as the air conditioner was not working first day. It accommodated our family very well. Loved the fire pit area!

Paradise!

The property is possibly even better in person than the photos show (and those are some fine pictures of what you'll be renting) ! The house is perfectly situated close to everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our family enjoyed every moment we spent there, and would love to come back again as soon as we possibly can! Thank you to Trey and the whole staff who work to maintain the property! We will forever thank you for our best summer getaway ever!

Great house, great layout for couples and families.

We were there for Christmas as a family, lots of space, cooked most of our meals in, kitchen and outdoor grill were just what we needed. We rented a golf cart which worked out great. Trey was easy to work with and maintenance was on the spot. It’s a beautiful rental home, that was just as listed. Deb

great family house

The house was great for three generations to stay with 5 bedrooms. It was very clean and when we noticed a couple things we needed for the kitchen, the house manager came over with them on Christmas Eve day. We went to the small beach one day but enjoyed the larger beach that was just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the bicycles that were available to us. I would definitely recommend this house and plan to return soon!

Great Home!

Home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Close to everything, quiet street. Only had an issue with ants but when brought to the attention of the maintenance guy Steve, he immediate came over and did what he could to solve the issue. I can’t say enough about how nice and helpful he was.

Beautiful property

Our kids and grandkids joined us for a week at this property and we had a wonderful time. Bedrooms gave plenty of room for everyone to spread out and each having their own bathroom was really nice. The house was well supplied and had several nice beach chairs, working bicycles, a wagon for the beach toys, plenty of towels, dishes . Out door pool space was large and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone who has a large family who wants to vacation together. Very comfortable

2022 Sarasota Trip

Loved the spacious five bedroom facility home with very private pool with sun and shade options. Accommodations very comfortable. Found kitchen to be under equipped for number of bedrooms (missing serving trays, bowls, cutting board, etc). Also, two of the guest showers have no soap tray, making it difficult to handle the soap while in the shower. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!
